Last pose is catching up with Day 13 of the #januarybackbendfun #yogachallenge in #Bhujangasana aka #cobrapose. 🐍 My friend left me alone in the studio to have this photo taken the other day, and while in this #asana my thoughts began to wander. When I returned to the present moment I realized that I will only be here for another few weeks before my graduation and I start a new career in NYC and begin teaching again. 😱A part of me is so scared, and that’s obviously the ego. 🤨 The other part is sooo excited to return home to my family and friends.
