Why is Carly the devil for obsession with Jason, but Jason is not for his with Carly

 Why is Jason’s own obsession and actions towards Carly always downplayed or ignored. Why is Jason never held responsible for his own part of allowing Carly to run his life.

Because as much as he gets condemned on here for being in the mob and making Carly and her kids a priority, he is still looked at as a romantic lead and people still fight about whether he should be Sam, Liz, or Britt. So, because people want him with their preferred lady, Jason becomes blameless in regard to his relationship with Carly.

I mean ever since Carly slept with Sonny and became a family with him, whenever they would get in a fight or break up, Jason would always somehow make Carly’s feelings for Sonny about him. I mean I don’t know how many times Jason has said to Carly or to someone else how he knows that she decided to love Sonny because of him or her going back to Sonny because he asked her to. Why are Jason’s words and actions never talked about? As if Jason has agency with everyone in his life except when it comes to Carly. That should be more on Jason than anyone else

I am such a huge Carson fan...and sadly, I feel like this is not building towards a reunion, or ya know, them getting married for the 7th(?) time.

There is no way they'd be building Carly/Jason falling for each other again just for them to be like, "oh, never-mind..." when Sonny returns and get a quicky annulment. (Though, obviously, the marriage won't hold with Sonny being alive.)

I see a Chase/Willow/Micheal thing happening, where she does try to go back with Sonny, out of obligation, and to get back the status quo & because they would never knowingly betray him.

Jason will step back, just like he did all these years ago, but the feelings for both of them will still be there -- and maybe this time, Sonny will be the one walking in on them & things will come full circle.

Either way, they've ruined the "trio," and their friendship/dynamic for good, and I'm not a fan.
