On This Day in Baseball History April 14, 1969: The first regular season Major League game played outside the United States is played in front of 29,184 spectators at Montreal’s Parc Jarry aka Jarry Park. The home team Montreal Expos would defeat the St. Louis Cardinals 8-7.
The Expos would play their final game at Jarry Park on September 26, 1976, starting the 1977 season at Le Stade Olympique aka Olympic Stadium.
