Since Javert is the only character not seen on the final barricade scene after Valjean dies, I headcanon that said final barricade scene is heaven, and because Javert committed suicide, which may Christians believe is a sin, he went to Hell and that's why he wasn't pictured, despite never actually having committed any kind of crime or Sin that, we know of.

Me: Killian Donnelly has come so far over the years and has taken on so many different roles, not only in Les Mis but also in shows such as Phantom and Kinky Boots and now he is returning to Les Mis to play Valjean, one of the toughest parts to play in musical theatre, and it really shows his talent and diversity as an actor.
