How do you think the enhypen members will react if their son did https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSDx9dWQC/ to reader lol
Enhypen’s {Heeseung and Jay} reaction to:
Shut up, mom!
⊱༒︎༻♱༺༒︎⊰‿̩͙⊱༒︎༻♱༺༒︎⊰‿̩͙⊱༒︎༻♱༺༒︎⊰
Heeseung
I think Heeseung would be kinda slow at first, not quite grasping the situation. But as soon as it is CLOCKING to him, oh oh, you have to quickly tell him that’s it’s a prank because he handles disrespect towards his wife rather impulsively!
“Chanhee!” You called out for your 12 year old who was busy playing FIFA with his father.
“Ugh! Appa!” Chanhee groaned as his father shot another goal. Heeseung chuckled teasingly, “I’m just the best.”
“Chanhee!” Your voice echoed through the house.
Heeseung noticed that his almost-teenager continued to move his thumbs in a rapid speed. He murmured lowly, focused on the screen himself: “Mom’s callin’ you.”
When his son didn’t react to it, he elbowed him slightly.
“Yes, Mom?!” Chanhee finally reacted with an annoyed tone.
“I told you to empty the dishwasher!” You shouted from the kitchen.
Chanhee, as distracted as he was, didn’t bother to give a response.
“Chanhee!” You repeated, clearly fed up with his video games. “How many times do I have to repeat myself?!” You entered the living room with a hand on your hip.
“Ugh! Just shut up, mom!”
…
No reaction from Heeseung.
He continued to play just like before.
But then—as if he was struck by lightning—his eyebrows furrowed. His head snapped to his son, startling him.
“What did you just say?” His voice was calm, dangerously calm.
Your son’s wide, scared eyes darted to you, pleading you to say anything, but you were too curious about what your husband was about to do.
Heeseung didn’t wait for an answer. With firm and quick moves, he turned off the screen—midmatch—and stood up from his spot.
His eyebrows scrunched in anger, as he raised his finger to point at him.
“I will count to three. If you don’t apologise to your mother and do what she’s telling you to do, I will throw the PlayStation out of this window.”
Chanhee’s eyes widened in horror: “No! Appa-!”
Well, Heeseung didn’t count to three. He just went to where the console was stationed and unplugged it within the matter of seconds.
“Wait! No-! Appa! It’s just a prank-!” Your son stood up frantically, eyes brimming with tears at the threat of his beloved PlayStation getting destroyed.
Heeseung was fuming, muttering words along the lines of ‘I didn’t raise my son to be disrespectful towards his mother’.
“It’s just a prank! Mom! Say something!” Your son panicked as Heeseung went to the window.
But you just stood there, watching your husband with heart eyes and butterflies in your stomach. Just as he was about to open the window—literal PlayStation in one hand—you giggled: “Wait! Honey! It’s just a prank!”
Heeseung turned to you with a confused look, Bambi eyes all wide and doey. Still giggling you went to him, wrapping your arms around his torso: “it was a prank.” You repeated as you kissed his cheek with a dumb smile.
“Oh-“ his ears turned pink, heat crawling up his neck in embarrassment.
Then he let out an embarrassed laugh, rubbing his chest to calm his racing heart down.
“I’m glad it was just a prank.”
“Aww~ my Hee-Bee, you’re the cutest and so protective,” you kissed his lips. He smiled into the kiss, his free arm wrapped around your waist, pulling you closer.
Your son groaned in the background at the cheesy sight.
“Yeah, I’m really glad it was a prank, I didn’t actually want to destroy the PlayStation. I guess I’m protective over it.” He chuckled awkwardly.
…
“I thought you’re glad it was a prank because you’re protective of me.”
He just stared at you, totally confused.
You shook your head as you sighed and walked away.
Heeseung blinked, not understanding where he went wrong. His Bambi doe-eyes looked at you walking away.
“Wait- babe!”
Jay
Jay is #1 defender of his wife—no doubt. But he wouldn’t have thought that maybe one or two of his children would’ve inherited this trait of protectiveness from him.
“Okey, that’s enough, princess.” Jay murmured softly to his three year old daughter in his arm. Jay was cooking dinner for the family, when his little babygirl had whined about wanting to help him. He had picked her up in his strong arm, continuing to cook with her as she wanted to be held by him—all clingy and whiny due to the nap she had just taken.
He took away the salt from his daughter’s hold, hushing her gently when she whined again. “Daddy, me!” She whined drowsily as she snuggled into his neck. “You can stir with this, hm?” He placed a tender kiss on her forehead as he handed her the wooden stirring spoon, taking a clean one for himself from the drawer.
He watched her stirring the sauce lovingly. One hand held onto his shirt as she stirred with upmost concentration—little tongue poking out of the corner of her pouty lips, soft eyebrows scrunched.
“Good job. You’re doing so good, prin-“ he was interrupted by a loud bang. The entrance door flew open as his son marched into the house followed by you.
“No! I don’t wanna do it, Mom!” Your son argued loudly, throwing his jacket, shoes and school bag on the ground.
“Jongsae.” You called after your 8 years old son in a warning tone. But he stubbornly ignored you, making a beeline to his father in the kitchen.
“What’s for dinner, dad?”
“Park Jongsae. I’m talking to you!” You repeated, frustrated.
“Ugh! Shut up, mom!”
Boing.
“Agh!” Jongsae rubbed his head where his dad had hit him with the wooden spoon. “That hurt, appa!”
“I will give you some more if I hear you talk to your mom like that again.” He pushed the spoon threateningly against his forehead. “Apologies to your mom and listen to her.” He gave his son’s head a light push with the spoon before he resumed what he was doing before. His little daughter had been watching everything with curious eyes, still seated in his arm like a princess.
“Ugh!” His son stomped his foot out of frustration, “you always take her side! You don’t even know what happened!”
“You, my son, exist because I love your mother. Not the other way around. I will take her side no matter what till the day I die. And even after that I will haunt you if you are disrespectful towards her.”
You pouted at the words of your husband. He always knew how to melt your heart.
However, your pout turned quickly into a stunned laughter, a hand clasping your mouth in shock.
Splash.
Your daughter had hit Jay on his head with the wooden spoon she was stirring (or more like clumsily tried to stir) the sauce with. The sauce-cladded spoon. His freshly washed hair was now dirty, and hot sauce dribbled down his face.
He gasped, his eyes shut in shock and to ground himself. Your son was laughing his heart out.
“Princess.” He copied your warning tone you had used towards Jongsae.
“No hwit oppa.” She pouted.
Jay’s head hung low. Though, he couldn’t help but chuckle softly. His heart swelled in awe.
How glad he was that his children loved each other so much to the point of taking revenge for each other.
Even if it was against their own dad.
After all, it will always be you two against your two children.
~
“Fuck.” Jay whispered, remembering the sauce-incident. Your eyes widened, panicky, “what? You don’t want it?”
He quickly shook his head.
“No! I love the news…! I’m just thinking that now we’re outnumbered by them.”
He softly cradled your face to make sure you were getting him as he looked at you with dead seriousness:
“They’re taking over, baby. Now it’s us two vs. them three.”

jay swears this is not him.
palms sweaty, rubbing nervously over his knees, toes curling inside his loubutins, a drop of sweat trickles down his nape— is it the weather or you— he wishes he knew the answer to that.
his eyes take in your mannerisms, the way you tuck loose stands of hair behind your ear, the way your fingers flip through the papers. he feels like a teenage boy all over again, and this feels more like a first date than his daughter's parent's teacher meeting.
“papa,” he feels little hands tug at his trousers, and thank god, that pulls me out of whatever spell your smile put on him when he had entered the room.
“oh—yes, i’m sorry!” he fumbles, trying to blink out of his daydreams and composing himself. “what were you saying?”
“i just wanted to talk about jiyu’s performance in class,” you speak with utmost professionalism— your voice almost melts his heart. “she's a smart kid and a quick learner. although, she’s shy and doesn’t usually play or interact with other kids,”
jiyu is not the most interactive kid and he knows that well. he would argue that she has inherited it from his late wife, but he knows his genes are no better.
there have been far too many instances of his little girl hiding behind his legs, clutching onto his trousers while looking up at him with her big adorable, pleading him to pick her up.
“but we’re working on it. right, sweetie?” your voice gets all his attention again, heart fluttering at just how easily you interact with his daughter.
“yes!” and he can only smile at her enthusiasm when you poke the tip of her nose.
there’s something about you that puts him at ease. your eyes are always gleaming with warmth and comfort— he met you barely an hour ago, by the way— your laughter brighter than the stars. he notices how every single kid enjoys being around you and how you always greet them with the sweetest smiles.
“anything you would like to ask?” you’re looking at him with those prettiest, most enchanting eyes and it’s like his brain turns into a mush, words dying at the tip of his tongue.
“and how have you been?” he mentally screams at himself for asking such a question. this is not him. the jay from an hour ago was annoyed listening to his daughter ramble about you and now, he is foaming at the mouth at the mere thought of you. “i mean— i hope she is not giving you a hard time,”
“no, definitely not. she's well behaved, polite, and very very sweet,” he can hear jiyu’s giggles filling up the room at the compliments and gosh, he does not know if he can handle having both of you in the same room. “and also very cute,”
“granny says i’m cute like papa!” jiyu chimes with a toothy grin, sounding a little too proud at the comparison.
and you tilt your head adorably that, much to your unawareness, makes his heart skip a beat again. “is that so? well, your papa is cute too,”
you’re quick to excuse yourself the next second to answer your call while his eyes are wide open, heart threatening to burst out of his chest, face heating up.
he only blinks back to reality when he feels jiyu’s tiny hands tug at the sleeves of his shirt. “papa, your face is red,”

Jungwon
You sobbed because the ceiling fan was spinning alone.
“It’s just doing its best… all day… and no one notices…”
Jungwon paused, why would you cry over that? He thinks you just saw yourself on it. Do you perhaps feel like nobody notices your hard work?
“Baby… I see you. And I do appreciate you.”
You gasped, he triggered that thought, it was unconsciously reflected on the fan. You cried harder. How did he know you so well?
“Thank you baby” you say sobbing.
“Oh, it’s nothing my love”. He cuddles you the rest of the noon.
Heeseung
You cried because your toast had a hole in it and the butter melted straight through.
“Why even EXIST if it won’t hold anything?!”
Heeseung blinked. “Babe… do you want me to fight the toast?”
You nodded. Dead serious.
He saluted. “Say no more.”
He went to the kitchen and aggressively stared down the rest of the bread loaf.
Jay
You sobbed over a baby kittens compilation. Like, snotty tears.
“I just love them so much. They’re so small.”
Jay handed you tissues and nodded solemnly. “Understandable. I’d cry too.”
He later found 15 minutes of cat content so you could ugly cry in peace. He knew it very well, crying like this was sometimes good for you.
Jake
You were watching “Heavenly ever after” alone. You cried ugly, like really ugly when the dogs reunited with their owners. You had to stop the show, you couldn’t even see.
“What’s wrong my baby?” He cooed, cradling you into his arms like a baby.
“The dogs, they reunited with their owners. But some of them were so old.” You sobbed even harder.
“Oh my baby, that sounds beautiful.” He paused for a second. “Hey, would a hot chocolate make you feel better, my pretty love?”
Sunghoon
You started crying because you accidentally stepped on an already dead bee.
“It was so pretty and its body didn’t deserve to be crushed like that.”
Sunghoon blinked, crouched down, and picked up the squished bee with both hands.
“We’ll give it a proper funeral.”
You sniffled. “Really?”
He nodded, dead serious. “Kim Beezy, beloved bee, 2025–2025.”
He put it on a leaf and laid it over a safe place in the grass. “Rest easy, lil bee.”
Sunoo
You cried because your favorite stuffed penguin that he gifted you fell on the floor.
“He fell and nobody helped him up.”
Sunoo gasped like it was a crime scene.
“Oh my god. You’re so right. Unacceptable.”
He tucked the plushie into bed and said, “He’s in recovery now. We’re monitoring him closely.”
Ni-ki
You started crying because your fries were too salty.
“I was just so hungry and now they’re ruined…”
Ni-ki blinked at you, then at the fries.
“They really betrayed you like that, huh?”
You nodded, wiping your nose with the back of your hand. He stood up and grabbed his phone.
“Alright, I’m ordering you new ones. And this time, we’re going no salt.”
Then he gently fed you one of his chicken nuggets while you sniffled through the tears.
“…This one’s a peace offering. From the salty fry kingdom.”
Heyyy anon. Here it is. Hope you like it. I did it while being on my period so I guess I was inspired.

“Absolutely” He responds, pulling his wet hair back as he swims to the stairs just to get out the freezing water. Once he’s walking towards you, you can notice his intentions and you start walking backwards.
“Princess, why are you walking away from me?” He asks without being able to hide his smile.

“would you just shut up” jake groaned out, glancing over at jay once more. ever since jay admitted he had a crush on you, his best friend, he’s been insufferable according to his friends. jay furrowed his brows, “what! i’m not even talking about her” he groaned out, making sunghoon scoff in amusement. “you mentioned that place that you want to take her to, like five times.” he sighed out, picking at his lunch in front of him.
the history between you and jay wasn’t exactly.. ideal. the two of you had been friends since you were 12 years old and encountered many things together such as the time your braces got caught on a loose thread in jays shirt, or the time jay fell off his bike because he wanted to prove to you he could do a wheelie. all in all you two had stuck with each other through everything, including your relationships.
jay never admitted it but he had developed a crush on you towards the beginning of college, that stupid saying that people really change in college or something was deemed to be true. he started getting annoyed by the encounters you would tell him about, wondering why you let stupid boys treat you like that when he was right in front of you. he thought he wasn’t obvious about it but when he finally told jake and sunghoon about having a crush on you, the two of them acted like it was a normal tuesday.
“okay i did not say it five times” jay rolled his eyes, leaning back in his chair and jake and sunghoon gave each other a look, both of them sighing. “yeah man whatever” jake mumbled, making jay roll his eyes once more. he looked around the dining hall and his eyes landed on you, sitting with your two friends telling them something dramatically. you were talking with your hands again, which made jay smile. he loved when you did that it was so cute. if only he knew what you were talking about so passionately..
“honestly my theory is that he’s as equally obsessed with you as you are him” karina shrugged, popping one of winters fries in her mouth, making her slap her hand away. “that’s not possible” you sighed out, leaning back in your chair now. “yeah well..” as karina spoke, you looked in his direction, thoughts clouding your mind. you always had a small thing for jay ever since you were little but it was embarrassing to admit. those feelings halted when jay started getting in relationships which made you get into relationships to get his attention, but it never worked.
now here you were, in your second year of college still pining for the boy you wanted when you were 13. “yn? are you paying attention.” karina waved her hand in front of your face, snapping you out of it. winter looked towards jay then you and laughed slightly. “she was too busy making oogly eyes at him” she said, making you slap her hand. karina groaned out. “it was not oogly eyes!” you retorted, rolling your eyes at winter.
“there’s actually no hope for the two of you” winter sighed out as you three got up, going to put your plates away. “he doesn’t like me back, i’ll get over it” you sighed out, placing your place in the box and following karina and winter. “you’ve been saying that for years but okay yn” karina shook her head, laughing softly. as the three of you walked out of the dining hall you saw jake, jay, and sunghoon standing there.
of course jake started up a conversation, now the six of you were walking as a group with you and jay lagging behind. it was quiet between you and jay, only the crunching of the leaves could be heard. jay glanced at you, smiling softly at the way you stepped over the leaves so you could hear the crunch of them. you had always loved doing that even when you were younger.
it hits jay now that he knows you, more than you may know yourself. because of him knowing you so well, that's why he fell for you in the first place. you were like a breath of fresh air to him, you always knew how to talk to him and make him smile, you also knew him inside and out and jay knew this.
but you were almost too good for him, after all you were a goddess in jays eyes and he was just a fool. what could he do? he knew confessing to you was a gamble because it could change the entire trajectory of your relationship, for the better or the worse. jay snapped out of his thoughts and cleared his throat.
“so.. what were you guys talking about? you kept moving your hands around dramatically” jay laughed a little as he finished the sentence, you rolled your eyes and elbowed him playfully. “none of your business” you mumbled back, making jay smile.
he looked to you and smiled at your softly flushed cheeks, the way your nose was pink because of the fall breeze. “you wanna go to the diner tonight?” you looked to him, smile clear on your face. “i thought you were busy tonight?” he thought about it for a second then shook his head. “not anymore” he smiled softly. “okay, i’ll ask winter and rina.” you said and jay furrowed his brows. he hesitated before speaking. “no like, just us” he said, sounding a little uncertain.
now was the moment, jay thought. the moment he had been waiting for, for ten years now. he knew you wouldn't want a really fancy date, so instead he opted for something a bit more you, something you were comfortable with. after all, everything he did was for you, and only you. so here it goes.
“no like, just us” he said, sounding a little uncertain.
you fully stopped walking causing jay to stop walking as well, forgetting about the group in front of you. “are you asking me out on a date park jongseong?” you furrowed your brows, looking in his eyes for an answer. there was no way he felt the same. “i.. uh you know if you want it to be?” he stuttered out, shoving his hands in his pockets. you smiled at his nervousness, the way he tried to act all cool about. “okay, are you paying? because you know a real gentleman pays.” you said playfully, the two of you resuming walking again.
“is that even a question? of course yn” he sighed out, a little less nervous now. “well then yes, i’d love to go out with you jay” you smiled, looking at him. he smiled as well, the blush on his cheeks evident. “c'mon lovebirds! let’s go!” jake called out, his voice a little far in the distance. you giggled softly, making jay softly elbow you. karina’s theory was more than right.
𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗙。⠀( 𝟪𝟣𝟤 ) ㅤㅤjay x fem!reader, fluff ✶ sunkissed knees, morning heat, the most gentle man ever ㅤ꒰ 🍋ᵕ⸝⸝ᵕ ꒱ㅤ..ㅤi'm in italy this month and something took over me to write this, happy reading!
the sun is already cruel by eleven in the morning.
it melts against the tiled rooftops of sorrento, spilling down the ochre walls like honey and seeping into the skin of your collarbones as you sit on a windowsill with a spoon in your mouth and your legs dangling in the heat, blouse dipping low on your chest. you can hear the cicadas humming like static in the garden below, the smell of sun-warmed fruit and basil drifting up with the occasional lick of breeze.
jay is lying on the floor behind you, one hand tucked under his head, the other curled lazily around a lemon he’d stolen from the basket on your aunt’s kitchen table. the hem of his white button-up is riding up. he’s not wearing socks, and his sunglasses are askew on his chest, almost like he forgot he was wearing them.
“you’re gonna fall out,” he murmurs, voice hoarse from sleep.
you glance down at him, at the golden sliver of tan skin peeking out from above the waistband of his trousers. “then catch me.”
“i’ll catch the yogurt cup,” he mutters, eyes closed. “you’ll be on your own.”
you roll your eyes and flick your spoon at him. a small dollop lands on his collarbone and he makes a sound of outrage, sitting up abruptly.
you only grin at him, and he huffs, plucking the spoon from your hand and licking the rest off with no hesitation. the movement is casual, all warm and lazy, and it makes your stomach flutter the way it always does when he does something careless and sweet and impossible not to fall in love with.
“what time is the market?” he asks, licking yogurt from the corner of his mouth.
“twelve. but it’s already hot as balls and i don’t wanna go.”
jay hums. his fingers drum against the lemon in his hand.
“you promised we’d get those little sugar apricots.”
“and you promised you’d cook dinner tonight.”
“i will,” he smiles, tilting his head against the sunlight, “if you wear that dress.”
you pause, shifting the gold bangles on your arms. they’ve become sticky with the heat. “which one?”
“the red one,” he says, eyes sliding over to meet yours. “the one that drives me crazy.”
heat blooms under your skin that has nothing to do with the sun. you hate him. you really, really hate him.
(you love him.)
you bring a hand up to your eyebrows, shielding your eyes from the sunlight as you attempt to stave off a grin. “you said that about the white one yesterday.”
“it’s a dress-per-day kind of week. not my fault you look beautiful in anything.”
you scoff, looking down. the windowsill is rough and warm against your palms, numbing them gently. “you’re insane.”
“you’re radiant,” he says simply, standing and stretching. you turn now, back facing the garden. the hem of his shirt lifts again, revealing another flash of tan skin and the shadow of where his necklace disappears beneath it. “and i’m right.”
he pads barefoot across the tile to stand in front of you, gently prying your thighs open so he can step between them. your legs dangle on either side of him, still warm from the open window. his palms cup your knees, thumbs stroking thoughtlessly over the sunburn blooming on one of them.
“you’re like a postcard,” he says, gaze lingering on your face. “the most gorgeous scenery in italy. everyone would want to come here.”
you blink, throat tightening. “jay.”
“what?”
“don’t say things like that.”
“why not?” he asks, quieter now, a smile teasing at his lips. “isn’t it true?”
you don’t answer. not really. you just reach up, brushing a thumb along his jaw where stubble has begun to show. he leans into your touch like it’s instinct. it probably is. the two of you have spent every day of this trip wrapped around each other like ivy. falling into rooms, falling into sun, falling into something stupid and golden and hard to name.
outside, you hear someone shout in italian. birds take off from a roof nearby. you glance out the window to see your aunt watering her potted plan, the garden hose writhing like a snake on the stone.
jay doesn’t look away from you. “let’s skip the market.”
“we need food.” your head tilts against the hand of his that’s slipped into your hair, lulled by the gentle scratch.
“we have bread, and cheese.”
“jay. you’ll kill me.”
he grins. “i won’t. not if you wear the red dress.”
you groan, pulling him closer by the collar. “fine. but if we die of hunger, it’s on you.”
“i’ll make sure you die pretty,” he promises, forehead pressed against yours. “sundrenched. like now.”

many people would call jay, stuck up, mean, egotistical, self absorbed from a surface level. you could even call him that too with how short and cold his responses would be.
you never thought you’d be dating the school’s notorious ‘asshole’ and delinquent. if only he showed everyone how kindhearted he could be on the outside.
you were aware of the stereotype he held and you avoided him too, with all of the rumors floating around him, why wouldn’t you? you were the class president and had too much to lose, meddling around with people up to no good.
that was at least until you happened to run into him at a grocery store on the outskirts of town, where he was dressed in baggy sweatpants, hair disheveled, humming a song familiar to you.
you’d never seen him hold a stance so…at peace. he always seemed to be uptight, and on guard at school. your gaze lingered for a little too long, inspecting his facial features, and it only hit you that you were staring when he met your gaze as well.
you ran to another aisle, trying to hide your actions, making it look like you were just squinting at something behind him. nice going.
in the fifteen minutes you spent darting between aisles, it was like he was everywhere. no matter how many detours you took or how quickly you turned corners, there he was, looming like a shadow.
finally, you crossed paths in the soup aisle—again.
"are you following me to every single aisle?" you asked, your tone laced with frustration as you struggled to ignore how effortlessly good he looked, even in his disheveled state.
jay raised an eyebrow, his signature smirk playing on his lips. "me? following you? maybe you're following me."
"trust me, you're not that interesting," you shot back, rolling your eyes.
"could've fooled me with the way you were staring earlier," he said, leaning slightly against the shelf. his voice was low, teasing, and it made your pulse quicken.
“you’re in my chem, lit, and econ classes, right?” you asked, ignoring his comment.
“wow, you’ve been keeping tabs on me, huh?” he teased, though the faintest smirk tugging at the corner of his lips betrayed his amusement.
“don’t flatter yourself,” you shot back. he hummed, seeing how quick you were to defend yourself.
“look, are you going to keep lurking in every aisle, or do you actually need something?” you asked, raising your eyebrow.
“maybe i just wanted to see if the miss goody-two-shoes could survive outside her natural habitat,” he said, a spark of mischief in his dark eyes.
“we should hang out,” he said casually, like he wasn’t fully aware of how insane the suggestion sounded.
“what?” you turned back, narrowing your eyes.
“you know, hang out. grab coffee, watch a movie. whatever it is normal people do.”
you hesitated, trying to gauge if he was serious or just messing with you. though, there was a hint of desperation in his eyes as if he was just looking for a friend.
“fine,” you said, crossing your arms. “but only because i feel bad for you,” you hadn’t meant to completely call out what you saw, but you were dead on with the way his face scrunched, then faded back into a smirk, trying to uphold whatever demeanor he was putting on.
“careful, sweetheart,” he said, his smirk widening. “you might end up liking me.”
─── ♡
he wasn’t wrong when he said that you might end up liking him. because well, you did. the first of the many times you hung out, you’d agreed to meet up for coffee the following weekend, half-expecting him to bail. but he showed up—on a motorcycle, no less. he was leaning against it when you arrived, his leather jacket slung over one shoulder and a cigarette hanging loosely from his fingers.
“you ride that?” you asked, raising an eyebrow as you approached.
“what else would I do with it?” he said, smirking as he flicked the cigarette onto the pavement and crushed it under his boot.
“isn’t it like, unsafe? there’s like 90,000 deaths a year with that thing?” you questioned the vehicle like it would come alive and go rampant on you.
“that’s nice and all, but unfortunately i’m not one of those 90,000, so let’s go,” he rolled his eyes, handing you the helmet. while you were cautious, and scared of the thing, it was hard to argue that it wasn’t extremely attractive how the motorcycle suited his demeanor.
to your surprise, jay wasn’t as intimidating as he seemed at school. sure, he still had that mean edge to him, but he also listened intently when you talked, nodding along and asking questions that showed he was paying attention.
and when he laughed? it wasn’t the dry, mocking laugh you’d heard in the hallways. it was warm, genuine, and it made your chest tighten in ways you weren’t ready to admit.
another time, he showed up outside your house at midnight, revving his motorcycle and texting you: “come outside. you won’t regret it.”
“what are you doing here?” you whispered harshly, sneaking out the door in your pajamas.
“thought you might want to see something cool,” he said, holding out the spare helmet.
before you knew it, he was driving you to the edge of town, where the city lights gave way to an open field. he parked the bike and gestured for you to follow him up a hill.
when you reached the top, the stars were brighter than you’d ever seen, scattered across the sky like glitter. “wow,” you breathed.
jay leaned back on his elbows, looking up at the sky. “not bad, huh?”
“not bad at all,” you said, glancing at him. in the soft moonlight, he looked different—softer, almost vulnerable.
“don’t get used to this,” he teased, catching you staring. “i’m only nice like this once a month.”
another hangout involved jay dragging you to a dingy arcade on the outskirts of town. “come on,” he said, practically pulling you inside. “you can’t tell me you’ve never been to one of these.”
“i have, just not since i was like, ten,” you said, laughing as he handed you a roll of tokens.
you were skeptical at first, but when jay got competitive, challenging you to every game in sight, it became hard not to have fun.
“seriously? you’re cheating!” you accused, watching as he racked up points in a basketball shooting game.
“you’re just mad you’re losing,” he said, smirking as he sank another shot.
“rematch,” you demanded, grabbing another token.
by the end of the night, your sides hurt from laughing, and jay handed you a small stuffed bear he’d won from the claw machine. “here,” he said, avoiding your eyes. “so you don’t cry about losing.”
the more time you spent with jay, the more you realized how much of his reputation was just an act.
“you know,” you said after a moment, “you’re not as scary as everyone says.”
he glanced at you, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. “don’t go spreading that around. i’ve got a reputation to uphold, this soft version is for your eyes only,”
─── ♡
it wasn’t everyday you’d hear a girl whisper that she had a crush on the jay park, saying it was so hot how mysterious he was.
while you’d normally brush off comments like that and mind your business, it wasn’t often that people would even talk about him, let alone say they had a crush on him.
but there she was, openly gushing about how “mysterious” and “cool” he was, her friends giggling and egging her on.
“i think i’ll just go for it,” she said confidently, her voice carrying over the chatter of the room.
you glanced up in time to see her adjusting her hair, her eyes scanning the room like she was searching for him.
you tried to ignore it, focusing on the pages of your notebook, but your ears couldn’t help but pick up every word.
then, not long after, jay walked inm and it was like the air in the room shifted.
he wasn’t doing anything particularly noteworthy, just walking to his seat, but the presence he carried was impossible to ignore.
you watched as she hurriedly ran up to jay and briefly overheard her asking him to meet her by the gate after school.
jay nodded, with a short, yet emotionless, “ok”, then half smile which took you by surprise with just how easily he smiled. it was nice to see him do so, and it wasn’t something that should usually be gatekept, but you couldn’t lie and say you liked it when it was something meant for your eyes only.
you told yourself it didn’t matter. jay wasn’t yours. you didn’t even know if you wanted him to be. but something about the way she leaned closer to him, her smile too bright and her voice too sweet, made your chest ache in a way you weren’t prepared for.
that day after school, you should’ve began to walk home alone and not wait for jay like usual to take you home on his motorcycle, regardless if he had been to school or not that day.
you were kicking rocks, questioning whether you had just gone crazy, rationalizing in your head that he was turning over a new leaf and wanted to drop the persona he’d been upholding for so long.
you heard your name being called out beside you by jay’s voice, a flicker of hope flowed throughout you.
“jay?” you questioned. aren’t you supposed to be meeting that girl?
you didn’t mean to say it outloud, and didn’t even realize you had said it til he smirked seeing your surprised face.
“what girl?” he asked, feigning innocence as he slowed his bike to match your walking pace.
“you know exactly who,” you mumbled, looking anywhere but at him.
“huh, didn’t realize you were still keeping tabs on me now sweetheart,” he teased, his tone light but his gaze steady.
you stopped walking, your arms crossing instinctively as you turned to face him. “i’m not. it’s just… i overheard some things,”
jay parked the bike, stepping off and leaning against it casually. he tilted his head, studying you with an intensity that made you want to squirm. “you’re not jealous, are you?”
your eyes widened, your pulse quickening. “what? no. why would i—no.”
jay chuckled, a low sound that sent a shiver down your spine. “good. because there’s nothing to be jealous of, i didn’t even meet her,”
you took a long pause, intaking what he had just told you.
"come on, sweetheart" he said, his voice lowering to a softer tone of speaking. "let’s get out of here. i’m not in the mood to deal with anyone else right now."
you nodded, before you could react, he was already pulling you by the hand, leading you towards the motorcycle.
as you rode back home, you couldn’t help but feel curious as to what went on in his mind.
“why didn’t you meet her?”
without missing a beat, he replied “why would i waste time when i’ve got you?”
you couldn’t help but feel a warm rise to your cheeks, undeniably blushing.
─── ♡
he didn’t mean to have a crush on the class president he met at the convenience store, yet it felt so natural to with how safe it felt to let down his walls.
when you smiled at him, when you made him laugh with the stupidest things, when you called him out for being a jerk or a player, it was the best feeling in the world. It was like he didn’t need the bad boy image, the armor he built around himself.
he couldn’t help but want to be and do the world for you, all the ins and outs, ups and downs.
so that weekend, when you hung out at his place, lounging on the couch, closer than two people who just hung out should be, his heart was pounding.
you were just putting pink sparkly clips in his hair, toying with the strands of hair, talking about your day when he interrupted you.
“y/n,” he started. “oh sorry, i didn’t mean to interrupt what were you saying?”
you shook your head telling him to go first.
“i’m not who you think i am.”
“oh great, so you’re batman?” to be honest, you laughed at him, not taking him seriously.
he figured he might need a switch in tone and direction.
“you know the version of me you hang out with is for your eyes only right?” you paused with putting in clips to his hair.
“i know,” you smiled, going back to putting in the clips.
“so then you know i like you right?” jay said, his voice quieter now, the words more sincere.
you shrugged, not missing a beat. “yeah, i kind of figured.” you gave him a look, still focused on the task at hand. “you’re not exactly subtle.”
jay’s eyes widened slightly, but he recovered quickly, the usual smirk playing on his lips. “well, damn, guess you caught me.”
you rolled your eyes, still putting the clips in his hair. “yeah, not exactly subtle.”
he leaned in a bit closer, eyes locking with yours as he gave you a lazy smile, his smirk finally returning to his face. “guess i’m just gonna have to make up for it, huh?”
“mm and how so?” you questioned, finally running out of clips.
he turned around, pressing a small, short but tender kiss to your lips, catching you by surprise, yet you didn’t push him away, and instead leaned forward.
“who would’ve known that the ‘bad boy’ was so soft?” you chuckled.
jay grinned, his usual cocky demeanor returning. "told you, sweetheart—just for you."

ꢾ𓍢ִ໋ : how would enhypen react to you farting?
enha x 𝒢en!reader. ⠀𓈒 ◌⠀humor! headcanons. 🗯 wc ˒ 0654! warnings── ✩͏ this isn't even my fault if you really think about it. it's actually heeseungs fault. ever since he said he liked when engenes fart it has been on my head constantly. ︶ིྀᩧ 𝒫 ls don't read it if you're sensitive. ༄
──HEESEUNG ˒
looks at you with so much shock that you feel like you've done extremely something wrong to him.
but then breaks out in the biggest grin ever.
gets cozy and clingy to you while pulling out an air freshener out of nowhere.
“I've always kept this on me dreaming of day, you've made me the happiest man ever.”
and you're like… okay? but you don't hate it of course.
“that means you eat well silly, I'm so happy. “
sets this as an anniversary date in his phone as "fartversary" in front of you to celebrate and then skips away to reserve dinner reservation to celebrate it further.
──JAY ˒
gazes at you with his eyes brimming with understanding and acceptance.
places his band on top of yours in a silent acknowledgement and you almost tear up with embarrassment but he thinks it's out of love so it works out fine.
says he's going to get the air freshener but comes back with a cake and party poppers.
he really wants to celebrate this new step into the relationship with you
and who are you to deny him.
you see him crossing out something in his phone but you don't dare question the rest of the relationship steps.
──JAKE ˒
you blame it on his dog.
and he's like, “damn i gotta focus on her diet what is she eating to stink up the house like that.“
it makes you want to cry but at least he doesn't pry about it further.
but snowballs into him taking his dog to the vet to see what changes need to made into its diet and you're biting your nails in horror.
you don't know if you should come clean or not.
the fear slowly begins to draw its claw into your skin as you tether on the edge of over thinking that jake is already aware of it.
you let it fester until you can't take it anymore and confess it to him one day.
jake: oh okay.
──SUNGHOON ˒
knows you did it but he doesn't want to embarrass you so he doesn't even mention it.
but you can see him struggling
his eyeballs are shaking rapidly as he tries to talk while holding his breath to make it seem like he really didn't hear or smell anything.
although he's not breathing until all of the smell goes away
he may love you enough not to mention your stink attack but there's no way he's inhaling your toxic fumes.
──SUNOO ˒
looks at you in shock while you're in the middle of ripping it out.
frozen in shock, but in a demure way, through the whole thing.
when you try to make a joke about it, he tells you to cut it out.
it was very traumatic for him to hear you fart for more than fifteen seconds
and he'd like forget about it.
you don't know if you should try your luck or not but meekly you put forth the suggestion that he can do it as well.
but the look of horror and contempt he throws your way makes it clear he would actually break up if you bring it up again once more.
──JUNGWON ˒
does not mention it, doesn't acknowledge it, doesn't even move an inch.
you might think he turned into a statue due to shock.
so you try to ease the situation.
“jungwon i think I did i—”
“no you did not.”
although he's concerned about your stomach so after a while he's like, why don't we try to drink antacid for fun?
──RIKI ˒
gets scared at the sound but then tries to play it off because he's a tough guy.
but he's also a softie inside.
so to make you feel at ease he rips one as well.
looks at you with a generous smile like damn where will you find a man like that?
it may or may not develop into a farting competition.
