Trump is cancer
Donald Trump is a malignant cancer. Where's the cure? Where is Congress? Where are the checks and balances that were supposed to prevent this?
Even if he was removed from office today, there's no undoing all the damage he's caused. The people who have the power to end this nightmare are either sleeping on the job, scared, or complicit in Trump's insanity. What can a regular person do when those in power can't or won't do anything?
It's all a goddamned mess, wrought by a goddamned man...

What's going on with Iran? Trump needs to be removed from office immediately.

Congress, you need to put Trump in check now- you should've put Trump in check back in 2016. And because you didn't have the courage nor will to stop Trump back then when it would've been somewhat easy? Now you have to try to stop him when it's harder than ever- but you won't. Congress, yet again you will shirk your responsibilities, and instead wait for midterms to somehow magically fix everything.
The world can't afford for you to wait for midterms, Congress. Get off your ass and put Trump in check NOW.

This is watercolor on 100% cotton paper (cold press).
Purple underpainting (imprimatura) of a birch tree with the first layer of paint applied~
I don't know what I'm doing here. Some color theory, but I mostly painted this without thinking about it. Purple (violet) is a complement to yellow. I added a small amount of purple paint to the white snow (so it's not pure white). Ultramarine Violet was used for the purple. A small amount of Cadmium Yellow added to lots of Titanium White was used to paint the pale yellow background.
This is based on one of the birch trees near my home. This painting isn't finished, but I kinda like it as it is right now. With art it's really hard to know when to stop and when to keep pushing to see if the painting can be improved or developed better. Sometimes you risk making a decent painting worse, you know?

This is titled "Love for Coffee". This is watercolor paint and ink on paper, with a flair of art nouveau. Coffee is big in Alaska. There are so many coffee stands and huts here. I like getting a lungo myself~
