I was digging around the game files and came across a ton of banters, many of which I've never heard in-game. I'm not sure if they're just hard to spawn (they seem to only pop up when entering/leaving atmosphere or jumping to lightspeed, and I usually spend most of my time on-planet knocking out quests) or if they were never recorded and implemented fully. Seriously, there's a lot -- about 13,000 words of dialogue.
I pulled all of the Trailblazer banters into a Google Doc here for anyone who's interested. I'm not sure if this post will show up in the tag with a link, but it's worth a try!

This makes me so happy :)
Fellow Outlaw fans I just hopped on to say that over on Bluesky, Low red Moon author Mike Chen has a thread talking about the outpouring of love readers having been sharing with him this past week in regards to the novel. Readers who have both played and not yet played the game are enjoying it - and those who haven't yet are now wanting try it. The audiobook is also a big hit, and says he's let Jay Rincon (ND-5) and Eric Johnson (Jaylen) know that fans are loving their performances.
I'm just so happy for all involved that this is turning out to be a win!
Yesterday, I finished reading Goosebumps: Horrorland, Book 4: The Scream of the Haunted Mask, by R.L. Stine. I'm now reading a book called Star Wars Outlaws: Low Red Moon, by Mike Chen.
Kay, eyeing ND-5: I could take him.
Jaylen: In a fight, right?
Kay: ...
Jaylen: You mean in a fight, right?!
Listening to Low Red Moon. Maybe halfway through now.
Obviously the best chapters are ND-5. Of which there aren't nearly enough of. Jaylen is such a tool. Which is fine, he gets his comeuppance...
But his chapters drag because he's so uggghhhh. Which is the point I guess, he's written to be the villain. It's just extra hilarious because the voice actors are reading for their characters; except ND's is in first person and Jaylen's is in third. Which has the effect of making Jaylen sound extra conceited, at least to me. Like Jaylen is regaling the reader with his autobiographical tale. And ND-5 is telling it straight like he's being interviewed or reading a log.
star wars outlaws: low red moon aka how to gaslight your droid, the novel. i had a great time but consider this: how dare??
there are some odd sound moments in the audio (re-recording?) but it’s nonetheless excellent. looking forward to rereading in text when my fancy hardback gets here :):) mike chen is such a fun writer!
if you’re considering this one, i haven’t played the game (stealth is Not my forte) and did just fine 🫡
Noticed the side eye and dark look Jaylen gives ND-5 here when ND asks for Kay's opinion instead of relying entirely on Jaylen's orders and expertise.
This is definitely the moment he notices that there's something going on between them that he never took into account because it never happened on previous missions, that they would grow so close and attached to each other while working together that his droid's loyalty would be swayed by the rookie scoundrel.
This is the moment he realizes he's losing ND and has to double down on using the restraining bolt to keep his control over him.
