Omg I love your story it's so well written and I can't wait for the latest chapter!!! You guys gave me the inspiration to make my own gemsona and idk if you already have gems in mind for the other supernovas but I'm making some gem designs my favs. I'm not done with the designs yet but for their gems I was thinking hawkins = imperial topaz, kid = copper cuprite, apoo = ametrine, and killer = white and blue stripped agate! I also have some headcanons for them if you ever wanna hear about it lol

2. Their mother? How do they think of her? What do they hate? Love? What influence - literal or imagined - did the mother have?His mom was a little better than his dad, but she was a big influence on Benford going towards drug use - at least in his teen years/twenties (he was into some bad shit then). She wasn’t a very nice woman, and took a lot of her men related frustrations out on Benford (mostly because he looked like his dad who had wronged her).
3. Brothers, sisters? Who do they like? Why? What do they despise about their siblings?Probably but none that he knows of. (He might fight them if he meets them)
4. What type of discipline was your character subjected to at home? Strict? Lenient?A combination of the two - his mother didn’t really care what he did but still punished him for being a little asshole. And his relatives in the states were pretty much the same way, not that any of it ultimately did any good.
5. Were they overprotected as a child? Sheltered?He was basically free to do what he wanted so long as no one had to go bail him out of jail (he failed at that miserably)
6. Did they feel rejection or affection as a child?Lots and Lots of rejection. He represses it now but it shows its head in his relationships occasionally (he keeps his distance from people he could grow to care about until he’s certain he can trust them - Johnny, Pierce, Shaundi for example, at first he was wary but he grew to trust, care for, and love them)
7. What was the economic status of their family?Lower class for his mom and lower middle class for his family in the states.
8. How does your character feel about religion?Doesn’t care for it, just not his preference. He doesn’t dog on people who do believe though.
9. What about political beliefs?“I’ll suck the governors dick I don’t give a fuck!! Fuck the police!!”
10. Is your character street-smart, book-smart, intelligent, intellectual, slow-witted?STREET SMART. But also smart smart.
12. How does their education and intelligence – or lack thereof - reflect in their speech pattern, vocabulary, and pronunciations?He swears a lot, but other than that his speech is pretty solid. He tends to not use high syllable count words unless he wants to sound pretentious. And he’s got an accent (yay).( skips the school questions cos theyre BORING)
16. What does your character do for a living? How do they see their profession? What do they like about it? Dislike?He’s a gangsta. Head of the Third Street Saints. Professional asshole. He loves all of it except getting shot at. And getting hit by cars. He really hates being hit by cars.
17. Did they travel? Where? Why? When?He traveled from the UK to the US when he was a teenager. He mostly sticks close to Stillwater/Steelport nowadays because that’s his territory. He only travels for business.
21. What are your character’s manners like? What is their type of hero? Whom do they hate?His manners are… lacking. But he’s not an animal. He’s very loud mouthed, mostly moves like a bull in a china shop. Puts his feet on tables/counters. He looks up to Johnny Gat (despite being older than him). He hates anyone that’s against the brand/the Saints/himself.
22. Who are their friends? Lovers? ‘Type’ or ‘ideal’ partner?Friends - Johnny Gat, Shaundi, Pierce, Carlos. His ideal partner is Johnny Gat - he’s just waiting for the right moment to really sit down and tell him (rip).
23. What do they want from a partner? What do they think and feel of sex?He’s a very sex hungry individual. That whole “not getting enough affection as a kid” thing kinda fucked him up. He wants a partner who’s willing to put up with his habits and do fun shit in bed. And cuddle.26. What does your character’s home look like? Personal taste? Clothing? Hair? Appearance?Homes are generally modern in style, very sleek with updated technology and furnishings despite him never being around to use them. Plush bedding is a definite MUST for him. He likes being in opulence. Clothing - anything without sleeves/short sleeves, tight pants (usually black), boots (for kicking ass), leather (when he’s feeling frisky/extra tough), and as small of underwear as he can get away with. Slicked back hair and a constant 5 o’clock shadow complete his edgy tough old man look.
29. What is your character’s weaknesses? Hubris? Pride? Controlling?His ultimate weakness (despite not wanting to admit this) is his friends. You hurt his friends and you see a dark side of Benford, one that a lot of people don’t come back from seeing. If you mean less poetic weaknesses - then drugs and alcohol. He’s a man of simple addictions.
32. How does your character react to stress situations? Defensively? Aggressively? Evasively?Starts off with a cool head. If the situation persists or worsens then his temper starts to flare. Although generally the cool headed bit tends to last a short while… (he’s the guy that pulls a gun out during monopoly)
33. Do they drink? Take drugs? What about their health?His health is fine but lmao @ the first two questions. He used to drink and drug a lot more heavily when he was younger, now he just drinks a lot and drugs on occasion.35. Do they always rationalize errors? How do they accept disasters and failures?He takes failures as a personal thing, like he could have done something better or different. He doesn’t try to dwell on it too much because he knows that it doesn’t really matter, but he can still be a whiny dick about it.
