i can relate to mark's struggles trying to balance being a good dad a good husband and good at his job. its really fucking hard to do all of those things. i also relate to and love his desire to see the good in people and help people. and how flirty he is with his bestie.
we would absolutely be friends and i think we could definitely have a passionate love affair, but like jennifer i would struggle with the hours his job demands and idk that i could do it long term (with a kid) unless i could afford to not work or work part time maybe? like i love him but i dont begrudge her for going after her own dreams after sacrificing for his.
