There was no reason to doubt him in the slightest. 

       Normally, the witch wouldn’t promote his shop out in the open like this when he was about to close but the plan here was to get rid of some old products and luckily enough, there was a foreigner here who probably never encountered such a thing ! He could truly care less of he was a member of the Fatui since it would be rude to discriminate.
