hmm don’t know about twelve and im sure i hate the doctor danny (clara) dynamic there but im more ok with nine being a piece of shit to mickey bc he was that to literally everybody especially dudes but also rose regularly - but shit does make me think about how both martha and mickey have this narrative of not being valued and the very unromantic story of them deciding to make something of themselves outside of the doctor.
