Lightsaber practice
after reading this fic my favorite headcanon for Dinluke is that after they’re married Din and Luke adopt Finn and Rey at some point and raise them as Jedi alongside Grogu
Is it canon that after the Rise of Skywalker, Rey and Finn travel the galaxy together as new jedi or???
Also Finn gets a blue lightsaber and Luke’s Chanel boots, fight me on that
FinnRey = A Better Force Dyad
I promise I have not tripped back into the Star Wars/FinnRey hole, but I just thought about something. In TROS when Finn kept going after Rey, even when it was too dangerous to do so, it made me think “wouldn’t it have been interesting if they were drawn to each other, literally?” But maybe Rey couldn’t feel it because the war she was having with Kylo Ren was drowning it out kind of. Think about it.
1. Finn and Rey are “awakened” when they are both on the same planet
2. They develop a quick and deep connection/friendship
3. Finn came back for Rey
4. Rey didn’t care about who Finn was she didn’t want him to leave
5. Rey fought someone way above her weight class to defend Finn
6. Finn wanted to get away from the fleet to protect Rey
7. Rey found Finn in the caves
8. Finn is running after Rey trying to make sure she’s safe constantly
It would’ve been interesting if they were the actual “force dyad” and Kylo saw that and tried to make it seem like it was really him and Rey to force her to the darkside. When really, he and Rey were equal opposites and her wanted to tip the scales by turning her to the dark.
Just a random thought that I wanted to get out.
Congratulations on the milestone! I’d like to request a moodboard with Finn: I’m 5 foot 1, I have medium-long brown hair and brown eyes, tan skin, and glasses. And for an AU: I want to be a teacher, so maybe Finn is teaching padawans with Rey (Rey’s wife Rose teaches them mechanical stuff) and I come to their Jedi school to teach astronomy, please?
