Kylo “the Jedi virgin”?
Apparently Kylo may be (just a bit) more experienced than people think. He may have gotten his proverbial lightsaber wet “after hours in the Jedi camp” per Rian Johnson in this interview:
So … is this the first time Kylo has ever held hands with a girl?
I actually talked about that with Adam [Driver]. Adam was like, “So … have I actually kissed a girl before?” I would think maybe he has. Maybe after hours in the Jedi camp, there was a game of spin the bottle — “spin the lightsaber…”
Less facetiously, the fact that Adam Driver raised this question to inform his role in the film (and that Rian and Adam discussed Kylo’s sexual experience as relevant) speaks volumes. #JustPlatonicThings indeed.
(Although the hypothetical scenario above does raise troubling questions, for instance, was this first-kissed Jedi camp girl one of the students slaughtered in the temple destruction massacre? or was she one of the students who left with Kylo, possibly a Knight of Ren?)
So, we have a remote controlled Millennium Falcon. Pretty awesome.
The first instalment of the web series Jedi Camp. More fandom in-jokes than you can shake a saberstaff at and bonus Andrew Bowen.
Family Friendly Web Series, JEDI CAMP Launches During San Diego Comic Con
Finally, a web series for geeks of all ages. A fun watch for generations of Star Wars fans with some humorous references to other Sci-Fi franchises. The kids in this web series are really talented and adorable. Worth a watch.
