9.) Flareon, Jolteon, or Vaporeon?
Flareon . . . and vaporeon . . . it’s really hard for me to choose!
I had a vaporeon on my original team back when I played Red/Blue and loved it. Vaporeon was absolutely fantastic and I’ll always have a soft spot for it to this day, even if lapras ended up taking that spot on the One True Team™. Vaporeon are complete sweethearts and I love them.
But that said, I also have a lot of love for flareon, in part due to the massive backlash flareon has unjustly received over the years. Whether people are trashing on flareon for not being strong enough in battle, or whether people were demonizing the flareon in TPP, I just want to gather every flareon in the world up in my arms and cuddle them and tell them they’re wonderful and perfect just the way they are. I love flareon, and want to protect them all. I’ll run a flareon sanctuary, see if I don’t.
So yeah, it’s hard to choose between those two. Jolteon is definitely last, though. I’ve never been very fond of jolteon.

61.) Moltres, Zapdos, or Articuno?
Despite being Team Valor, I prefer articuno’s design overall, so probably articuno. I do like the fact that moltres is very clearly based on a mythical phoenix, but its design is still rather basic and sort of bleh. I have a feeling that moltres would be a lot prettier if designed today.
95.) Lance, Steven, Cynthia, Alder, or Diantha?
CYNTHIA, queen of my heart. I’ve loved her ever since I first laid eyes on her. Not only is her design fantastic, but so is the fact that she’s so involved in the game’s plot, and the fact that she studies the legends and myths of various regions. She’s amazing. Everything about her is amazing. Love her.
