🔮 DEAL GIVE ME MY BABY GIRL GO GO
A very young Deal asked her mom if she could cut her hair suuuper short so she could look like a cool character she liked. Her mum's answer was a solid "no". Of course, that only meant she'd have to do it herself.
"DEMI SCHNEIDER WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" Jenell, said mum, screamt at the sight of her kid with scissors in her hand and lots of chunks of hair on the ground. The horror.
Deal left the scissors on the sink as fast as she could, then she pointed at her little sister, who had just gotten there to see what the screaming was for. "It was Riley! She told me to do it!!"
"That's not true!!! Mum that's not true I promise!" She just told her their mum would get mad if she did... It's not her fault Deal took it as a challenge.
After some screaming, Deal got dragged to a hairdresser to get her hair to look... Not like a total mess.
Now she looked just like she wanted to. It was a total success in the end, even if she was forbidden from playing with her gameboy for the next 2 months.

The difference between the first frame of and latest frame of Songbirds’ first episode make me want to fight myself. jfc that difference. As for an update: I’m about halfway done with the art for the first episode and Eri is working hard on the opening. I’m still not sure on when we’ll put out the casting call, maybe in the summer but don’t take my word for it. But long story short, we’re all working hard on Songbirds!
