He wasn’t like this in Vegas con. He didn’t light up, didn’t have this gleam in his eyes, didn’t have this life in him. Jared brings it out in him. (Hell, he doesn’t even have this with Danneel!)

Hillarious how Hellers always say that Jensen is Jared's babysitter in cons and that Jensen is there to control Jared and yk stuff that implies that there is no relationship there but only responsibility that Jensen has to fill.

We made the same face when we heard about what happened @beausvalleygirl1 😂 YALL LEAVE JENSEN ALONE! No one knows Dean better than he does. He said no, that means NO! End. Of. Story.

He doesn’t owe us anything.

He doesn't have to spend his weekends at conventions, and he definitely doesn't have to sit on a stage and be argued with about his own character just because it conflicts with a fan fantasy.

Write your fics, ship your ships, do your thing-but keep it in fan spaces. If you want to talk about it at a con, talk to Misha, since he's the one who likes to play into that dynamic.

Jensen is there because he loves the SPN family, not because he has to be. He is one of the kindest, most generous actors with his time and stories. Don't ask a question if you're only looking for a specific answer. He deserves respect, period.

Had he walked off that stage I would have applauded him, had he been more aggressive I would have applauded him. Instead he kept his composure, he wasn’t hateful. Because that’s who he is.

That entire situation was complete bullshit.

And I’m not just saying it because it’s Jensen. I’d feel the same way if Jared had been treated that way.

If this keeps up they could stop doing cons all together.

DESTIEL ISN'T REAL.

It’s sad when you hold your body AND coworker in a more relaxed and affectionate way than your spouse. He still looks sad and tired, but more relaxed. His posture reflects the same. The angle and proximity of their bodies suggests safety and security. They genuine feel comfortable with each other.

And before anyone reads into what I am saying here, I DO NOT mean they are romantically involved in any way. I am simply comparing and contrasting his face and posture here with the images of him with his wife that same evening.

Now, one could argue that this is during the after party-likely after some cocktails-and not out in public as the images of him and Elta were. That certainly could be a counterpoint. However, it’s rare we have ever see anything, candid or not, current or years ago, where Jensen looks safe, relaxed, and angled towards his wife like he is being drawn to her.

Working through a strained relationship while trying to repair my nervous system responses has made me especially sensitive to people’s body language and expressions, but I may be feeding my own ideas about Jensen and his first wife. What do you think?
