I think Dexter should've been allowed to have a boy harem. Like. There's at least 4 boys he could've gotten nasty with, all of which had some kind of mentor/mentee relationship. So why not all of them at once 🥴👍

My Favorite Episode (1x7)

@miss-miaou asked me: “What's your favorite ep and why ? :)” So one of my first posts was actually about this! However that was almost a year ago and I want to take another STAB at it.

Overall, Circle of Friends is my favorite episode because it is the perfect combination of absurd, creepy, funny, and heartbreaking: from the intricate set design of Neil Perry’s mobile home to the tension between Paul and Dexter to the tragedy of young Jeremy’s suicide to Rita’s no-bullshit attitude toward her abusive ex-husband. These elements represent everything that makes Dexter such a great series. Here are some of my favorite moments:

Neil Perry’s Trailer The taxidermy is an obvious shout-out to Norman Bates, and Masuka’s commentary is priceless.
