Ich habe schon viele Zwiebeln geschnitten. Immer mit dem Ziel möglichst perfekte Würfel zu schneiden. Dabei habe ich viel geweint und das a) aus Frust und b) ihr wisst schon, ist halt scharf und brennt in den Augen.

Dank Lucky Peach und Jeremy Fox, weiß ich nun, wie man perfekte Zwiebelwürfel schneidet. Werde nun üben gehen und das hoffentlich ohne Tränen. Awe-Some!
