The Lions went toe to toe with the Chiefs in the NFL's season opener on Thursday Night Football. And they would eventually prevail in the 21-20 upset over the reigning Super Bowl Champs.

The Chiefs really squandered several chances to win in the 4th quarter with perhaps a costly dropped pass by WR Kadarius Toney and some questionable play calls on 4th downs by HC Andy Reid being among the most egregious.

All in all it was a great start to the season and we all know the Chiefs will bounce back.
