My favorite Monday night meal.... @wholefoodshamptonroads pasta night. #shrimp Alfredo. But with a twist. 1) used their spinach as well as black pepper pasta cut to fettuccine. 2) boiled some cauliflower and added it to the sauce and used an immersion blender to blend it all together. So simple. $20 meal for 4.
