This is going to be theories on who's the losers club parents in the Wtd series trailer(we dont need to do Will or Stan's dad because its pretty obvious)
Eddies Parents: tell me these two don't look like Eddie's parents. A boy who looks just like Eddie giving a love sicked look to a slightly chubby girl with glasses that looks so much like a younger Sonia Kaspbrak.
Also I think this show is definitely going to show us why Sonia did all those things she did to Eddie. I have a theory Pennywise killed Sonia's friends. That clip of all those girls seeing deadlights and trying to escape what looks like a gym or a school dance that's on fire. Sonia was so traumatized by what she saw that even when she forgot, the fear still lives in her. Her son faces the backlash of that fear (added with of course the death of Eddie's dad).
Riches parents: I think we see both Maggie and Wentworth Tozier as kids. Tell me this girl does not look like a young Finn Wolfhard. I think a young Maggie loses someone in this series. My theory a brother or a twin brother. The boy in the beginning of the trailer that's trying to run away from Derry. I think that's Maggie's sibling and he's missing.
Also we all have theories on why Stan and Richie are so close. So what if Wentworth and Stan's dad Theodore were friends? That's why Richie and Stan became friends. So yeah this is definitely Richie's dad next to Stan's.
We see Mike's Mom Jessica. Besides obvious reasons there was a clip of her holding hands with Will Hanlon. Also she is seen biking up front with him in the bikes scene.
Last but not least I think I found Bill and Georgie's mom Sharon Denbrough
Tell me this little girl does not give you Georgie vibes. She so does. Plus the yellow ribbons in her hair being a subtle reference to the infamous yellow raincoat Georgie wears.
And that's it. I could be wrong, there's probably people who have more information than me. I'm just going by on what I saw in the trailer. But I'm pretty sure I'm right. Hopefully my theories are right. This could be also why the losers club are especially targeted by Pennywise. Especially why Georgie was the first to be picked. Their parents, mainly Will and his family started to figure out what was going on in Derry but ultimately failed. To get back at them Pennywise targeted their kids to torture. Because in the movies I feel like Pennywise takes especially slow amount of time to kill the losers club. Besides them being stronger together of course. I think the losers were picked as revenge against the parents and Pennywise is playing with them. The story will mainly focus on the Hanlons, but we are definitely going to see the other losers club parents. Only exception being Ben of course because he's the new kid who just moved there with his mom.
