Changjo was walking in Seoul, like always. He had no given direction of where he was going, but he was bored. He was actually paying attention to how he was walking this time, though, as he tried not to bump into anyone. But obviously, Changjo's clumsiness didn't seem to agree with his wants to walk normally for once as he's suddenly bumped into someone. He glanced up before bowing immediately as he apologized, "I'm sorry!" He straightened up before he took an actual look at who he bumped into. He widened his eyes as he saw his Taekwoon hyung. He hadn't seen him in a while, not for a long time. Their parents were family friends. He smiled, "Hello, hyung... Sorry for bumping into you." He rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment.

Taekwoon turned, curious as to who was careless enough to bump into him. He was ready to give a lecture, but to his surprise, he knew the person who had bumped into him.

"Changjo..?" Taekwoon said with a tilt of his head, confused. "What are you doing? What thought has you so preoccupied that you bump into people?" Changjo was a good kid, but he usually had his mind elsewhere, and that could sometimes lead to him being a tad clumsy. "Is everything okay?"

(/she smiles, somehow comforted by the statement even if it was probably the lamest pun ever-- and she's had her fair share thanks to hongbin. so she buries her face in the crook of his neck, enjoying the scent of his afterwash mingled with his shampoo. two distinct scents that shouldn't go together yet they do and it calms her) your heartbeat is getting faster. (/notes with her right hand now rested on his chest, her fingers tapping ever so often out of habit) you okay?

( ` he supposes that she would have noticed the rapid speeding up of his heartbeat. nothing got past lee minyoung, of course. he smiles softly, looking down at her and nuzzles his face to the crown of her head) Mhm… ( ` he knows it’s stupid for his heart to beat faster, but hey, when you like someone, you can’t help it. and sometimes the butterflies in his stomach make him act weird) —of course. I’m definitely okay. Is my heartbeat that loud?

(/a smile brightens onto her face and she-- a little too eagerly-- shuffles over to him and settles into his embrace, hugging him back. it hurt a bit but not as much as sitting up did. immediately she felt relief. perhaps it was just pure emotional relaxation but either way she felt more content in his arms than she did out of them) hoya? (/she shifts her head, looking up at him) are you really that paranoid to be sick? cause then i feel selfish for doing this.

( ` he smiles and relaxes at the contact; he can also tell that min’s in a more relaxed state, as well. was physical contact necessary between humans? — if only he took a course on human behavior. nonetheless, he sighs contently and breathes in her scent, catching a whiff of—strawberry? perhaps.) Huh? ( ` he looks down at her and purses his lips together in thought) Nah, I’m not really paranoid, I just like messing with ya. What can I say—I need my daily dose of my vitamin. ( ` he snorts a little at his poorly given pun)

(/she was eating absentmindedly at this point. eating seemed automatic for her at this stage in life. however, a smile adorns her features when he calls her babe and she gives him a look that basically gives her reply with no words being verbally spoken. min returns to her soup, humming with the spoon in her mouth as she turns to him, bowl nearly empty now. she blinks almost childlike) did i do something? (/sets the bowl down-- it was pretty much empty at this point) can we cuddle now?

( ` he silently coos at the sight of her, she’s irresistible, he can admit that, but he’s learned that self-control is the key to any of life’s problems. this particular problem being that min is sick and howon is not and he wants that to say that way. or at least, have min get better, but either way, he’d have to give in because he did promise they’d cuddle after she finished her soup and well, she did, so there’s that.) Nah, you didn’t do anything. ( ` he waves her off and smiles at her again) Yeah, I guess we can cuddle now. ( ` he opens his arms wide enough for her to hug him back and he leans slightly back into the couch.)

You insisted. I gave in. (/pouts and rolls her eyes at him, accepting the soup. she gives him a side glance) don't make me pour this on you. (/only a half threat since she's preoccupied with blowing the soup to cool. usually she'd stick it in the freezer to cool it faster but she'd have to make do with blowing until she becomes lightheaded) I need a spoon. (/watches him, taking the spoon with a smile on her face) thank you, really. (/takes her first mouthful. it wasn't too hot)

( ` he raises his hands in defense and chuckles, the sound reverberating through his chest, a low rumble, coming out slightly muffled only because he’s wearing the facemask. he takes the time to unhook it from one ear and let it dangle from the other ear) Please don’t pour it on me, babe. I worked so hard to make it just for you. It’s made with extra love, yanno? ( ` for emphasis, he forms his hands into a heart before pretending it’s flapping away in the air and sends it her way. he takes this chance to sit down on the couch as min and carefully watches her eat with slight adoration in his eyes) You’re so cute, you know that?

(/whines) his name isn't cuddly-kun! that's what you call him! (/kicks her feet in protest; honestly she was acting like a child but in all honesty he was acting as if she had the bubonic plague or something. it was just the sniffles. she'd be fine after a nap) fine, fine. gimme the soup. (/sits up painfully, her hands outstretched for the soup) but don't complain if i devour it and you have to cuddle sooner than you expected.

( ` howon feigns a frown) I thought we agreed on naming him Cuddly-Kun! You’re gonna confuse him and hurt his feelings if you call him something else, Min. Tsk tsk. ( ` he turns the stove off and scoops some of the soup in a bowl, he places the lid on top of the pot and moves to bring over the bowl to min.) Ah, ah ah — what do we say, Min? Please gimme the soup. But okay, anything for you. ( ` his gaze softens when he realizes that she has trouble even just sitting up and if he wasn’t such a dick when it came to sicknesses, he’d be so much more touchy-feel-y, but oh well.) Don’t devour it because it’s freshly cooked, so you’re guaranteed to burn your mouth, tongue, and esophagus. But yanno…. What do I know, Min? ( ` he teasingly grins at her because usually whenever he said something, it was generally correct and she was usually wrong.)

i wanted to snuggle after playing. (/weakly protests because in fact, it was true. but she hadn't expected the temperatures to drop so severely. it didn't take long for her to get sick and she selfishly did want hoya to cuddle with her; his embrace was soothing and somehow she believed he could ease the pain from her body yet he was being paranoid) i'm going to die alone now. watch. and you won't even come near me to make it better. (/she pouts) meanie.

( ` howon waggles his finger playfully at min, as if she’s done a bad thing and really, this is pretty bad in his eyes. one person getting sick meant that the other person had the chance to receive whatever it is that ailed the first person. this is the worst thing that min could’ve done to him. not really, but howon’s a little drama queen sometimes.) You’re not gonna die alone, Min. You have Mr. Cuddly-Kun. ( ` he gestures to the forgotten teddy bear laying on the ground at the foot of the couch. he had won that particular bear for min when the pair had gone to a carnival.) Look, after you have some soup that I made, I’ll cuddle with you. How does that sound? — Just don’t sneeze in my direction.

(/yawns, her hand covering her mouth as she does so but she doesn't move from her spot on the couch. her fever is rising and moving at this point feels hazardous almost. she whines, shifting painfully because she wanted to watch television but the illumination makes her head pound and the shifting light from the tv to the room only makes it worse as does closing her eyes) hoyaaaa! i'm gonna dieeeeee!

( ` is in the kitchen, whipping up a nice hot pot of chicken noodle soup for min because someone decided that they’d love to go play in the rain and jump in the puddles. he scoffs at the memory of min coming back inside after running around, cold, wet, and already sneezing. she just looked absolutely tiny and adorable and he could just eat her up, but no. she was sick and he couldn’t afford to get ill, either. so he wears a face mask, the one with the cheshire cat smile on it. — he peers into the living room where he sees min on the couch when she calls out to him.) Yeah? Are you really? — Maybe this’ll teach you not to play outside in the rain and could’ve snuggled with me instead, but nope. ( ` he pulls down his facemask and sticks his tongue out playfully, before pulling it back up to cover his mouth)
