Trouble in Paradise - Eunyoung & Taekwoon

"Are you mad at me?" She asks, her hand carressing his cheek softly. Eunyoung tiptoes to plant a kiss on his lips. "To be honest, I’m scared. I’m so afraid of what might happen. I don’t want us to drift, and I don’t want to fight with you. I know that fights are inevitable but.. It scares me." She takes in a deep breath, sighing as she recalled what happened just now. Eunyoung was still a little frustrated at how they both fought over a thing like this, but she understood why he’d feel that way. Eunyoung’s hands reach out to hold both of his hands. "I just need one thing from you.. I just need you to trust me.." She says, looking at Taekwoon now.

Taekwoon's face twists ever so slightly, but of course any change of emotion that Taekwoon experiences is visible to Eunyoung. He nods his head slightly, already knowing what one or both of them becoming a trainee would mean. He told himself he was prepared for it, but now, he was a tad unsure.

"How could I be mad at you for following your dream?" He kisses her back in response. He holds her when she admits her fears, understanding that her becoming a trainee would produce a strain on their relationship.

"I'm sorry, jagiya. I don't ever want to fight with you. Nothing justifies the way I just acted to you," he says, pain evident in his eyes. He nods when Eunyoung tells him to trust her. "I do trust you," he said, kissing her once more. "I love you so much."

"They accepted me. I quit my job at the modelling agency to join as a trainee." she says quietly. She watches how Taekwoon struggled to grapple with his words and groans, then turns his back against her. "I’m sorry for not telling you earlier. It was just so sudden, I was shocked too-"

Taekwoon tenses when she asks him why he's getting so upset. Truthfully, he doesn't know. He knows it's a rhetorical question, but he can't even formulate an answer to satisfy himself. All he knows is that when he sees Eunyoung near another man, it lights a fire inside of him. He knows that Eunyoung is devoted to him, but still.

Taekwoon remains quiet as Eunyoung continues to yell. He honestly deserved it for jumping to conclusions and getting so worked up over the situation. He trusted Eunyoung, he did, but it was other men he could not trust. Throughout her speech, he realized that trusting Eunyoung would have to be enough.

Taekwoon sighs. "No, it doesn't make me happy. Just because it makes me uncomfortable, doesn't mean that I can ask of you to not see him anymore. Eunyoung, I know you would never do anything to hurt me behind my back, it's just other guys that worry me." As Taekwoon spoke those words, he realized the volume of his own jealousy, and realized he could not place his insecurities on Eunyoung. "I trust you, and that's all that should matter.

Taekwoon tries to wait for a response to his statement, noticing that Eunyoung looked a bit more relieved, but seeming as if there was still something on her mind. As she tells Taekwoon about the private audition, Taekwoon's whole demeanor changed.

"Private audition? Acceptance?" He says, forcing out the words as he turns his back on her. He shakes his head, almost not believing the words he's hearing. As Eunyoung attempts to apologize for not telling him sooner he chimes in.

"Of course you should have told me earlier!" He says as he grabs onto her shoulder. "This is amazing! My Eunyoung is a trainee!" Taekwoon wraps his arms around Eunyoung and pulls her in so that her head is resting in Taekwoon's chest, with his hand on top of her head, lightly patting it. "Congratulations, jagiya."

Thank you everyone for the welcome and welcome back messages! I haven't checked yet what plots I left behind last time I was online, but depending on what they are, I may scrap some and want to start over. I know a lot of people said they were up for plotting, so I will most likely be contacting a lot of people soon! Also, if you sent me a message with an AIM, I'm not responding to it in an effort to keep the username until I get AIM back on my phone. Thanks once again for the messages!

Trouble in Paradise - Eunyoung & Taekwoon

"I had no idea that this was going to happen. Stop blaming me about this! And yes, I went to the cafe with him. But we’re just once-off working partners! I probably wouldn’t see him anymore after this. Taekwoon, do you even know what you’re talking about now?" She turns to look at him, as she raised her voice a little. Eunyoung shudders when Taekwoon raises his voice back at her too, anger evident in him. She felt like the part of her which just wanted the thoughtful Taekwoon to understand her break apart a little. She wanted emotional understanding. Now she had no idea how she was going to break the news about her getting into KT Ent to him.

Taekwoon felt angry when she began to walk away from him, looking to escape into her room. It looked as if she was trying to take the portfolio with her, to keep Taekwoon from seeing it. As he reached out to grab it, he ended up yanking it away from her. As she raised her voice at him, it only seemed to confirm his suspicions that she was trying to hide something from him, and in this portfolio, he'd find what it was.

Eunyoung continued to protest his actions as he opened the portfolio, only stopping once she realizes, as Taekwoon assumes, that she has been caught red handed. He continues to speak in monotone, making comments about the photos, until he flipped to the last page. He froze as he saw a picture of his girlfriend wrapped in the arms of another man, lying in bed together. It was that final picture that made him snap.

"What is this?" He asked, the anger evident in his voice. Taekwoon looked at Eunyoung, and once again noticed the coffee in her hands, and remembering when she had said that she went out to get coffee with a friend. "Is he the one you went to get coffee with?"

As he receives his answer from her, he scoffs. "Probably.." He says. He then raises his voice to match hers, voicing his concerns. "Do you have any idea how worried I was? I called you multiple times. You always answer my call, even if you're working. So the fact that you were unable to worried me. I went so far as try to find you at work, to find out that you quit."

It was at this point that Taekwoon's voice was even beginning to get shaky. He didn't want to entirely reveal his emotions, but he knew he might have to in order to get Eunyoung to understand. "Now I find out you went with that man to get coffee, alone, and you had such an intimate shoot," he said, his voice almost a whisper. "Do you understand how I could be worried?"

Idols are notorious for being put under fire for “not acting themselves” or putting up a fake persona on screen. However, there’s also those who get hate for being who they are and people don’t like it. Would you act off a script or would you be yourself, even if it was against the company’s wishes?

Taekwoon purses his lips together, in thought over the question. "Personally.. I know my personality, the way I am now, isn't typical of an idol, or a celebrity. There aren't many famous people who are soft spoken as I am. I would hope to be able to act like myself, and be accepted for it. I would hope to only be judged for my singing skills, because that is what I truly want to share."

"I was with a friend, we were having coffee.. Is it about missing your calls earlier on? I’m sorry, I was busy working-" she says meekly, but was being cut off when he laughs rather sarcastically when she talks about work. Eunyoung felt much more afraid. How did he know that she had quit her job? She hadn’t even told him about her getting into KT Ent. "I-I had to quit.. I got accepted for another.. Job.. How did you know..?" Eunyoung looks down, feeling upset as Taekwoon had never talked to her this way before. She tries to hold his arm to make him look at her, but he pulls himself away from her as he eyes her portfolio that she was carrying on her hands.

Taekwoon was frustrated and didn't know where to begin with airing out his frustration. He begun with questioning her whereabouts, to which she answered she was out with a friend, having coffee. A fair enough answer, he gathered. Of course she was allowed to go out and socialize with her friends, but it's possible he was overreacting with the current situation.

When Eunyoung brought up the missing phone calls, it reminded Taekwoon of the worry he experienced when she didn't pick up. "I’m sorry, I was busy working-" She begun, to which Taekwoon chuckled, involuntarily sarcastic. That just outright sounded like a lie. If what her employer said was true, then she had quit.

"I was told that you quit, was today your last day or something?" He asked, to which she nodded. She explained herself, stating that she was accepted to another job. "How did you know..?" She asked, sounding confused.

"I knew because I went to your job today to try to surprise you. I called you earlier to make sure you were at work, but you never answered. You always answer my calls at work. I was worried, so I went anyway, only to find out that you quit." Taekwoon pulled his arm away from Eunyoung as she tried to reach out for it, and in that moment, he noticed her portfolio that she had. "What's that?" He said in a monotone voice, eyeing what she held in her other arm.

Trouble in Paradise - Eunyoung & Taekwoon

Taekwoon's intentions of surprising his girlfriend Eunyoung at her job were shattered the moment he spoke with her employer, or, ex-employer, rather. "I apologize," Taekwoon spoke in disbelief, "You said she quit? Today was her last day?" Taekwoon just stood there, a look of confusion on his face while Eunyoung's previous employer confirmed his confusion with a nod. He was then shooed off because he was busy with another photoshoot at the time.

Taekwoon figured he might find her at home, but that assumption also proved to be untrue as he attempted to ring the doorbell and received no answer. If she wasn't at work, and she wasn't at home, where was she? Taekwoon grew more worried and frustrated and pulled out his phone in an attempt to call her, although he was skeptical that he would be answered since she had missed his three calls earlier.

As Taekwoon attempted to make the phone call, he heard the familiar ringtone that he knew was used by Eunyoung's phone. As he turned around, he noticed Eunyoung semi-jogging towards him, presumably trying to sneak up on him from behind, but was foiled by his attempt to call her.

Taekwoon shrugs as Eunyoung asks him the question, he honestly didn't know. All he did was grab the cosmetics in the order they were labeled, and applied them as they seemed appropriate. Somehow it ended up working out he noted mentally as he saw Eunyoung pose in front of the mirror happily.

He chuckled as she complimented his work, and hugged her from behind. "You look like a beautiful doll normally, especially without makeup." He smiled even more as he noticed her natural blush appear. "So, if I did such a good job with your makeup, how about you parade it around town with me? Let's go on a walk."

He chuckled even more as he saw Eunyoung lean up to the mirror to fix the makeup a little bit before agreeing to the walk. "Ya," he said lightly, "I thought I did pretty well."

They both exited the building, hand in hand, laughing over Taekwoon's makeup skills (or lack there of).
