GUYS!!!!!! I GOT TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH NICK JONAS!!! So basically when I heard "Found" by the Jonas Brothers I instantly loved the song. Always played it. I was interning at a television station - Much Music - and the Jonas Brothers came to tape a special. There was an interview during this taping and Nick had said a lot of the songs from the album were influenced by Frank Ocean. So one day not too long after that I was on the subway listening to Found. Right after "Lost" by Frank Ocean started to play. I couldn't help but notice so many similarities in the technicalities of the songs. I listened to these songs back to back for a good month convincing myself he must of wrote it in relation to this song. I made sure that if I ever got the chance to meet him I would ask. THIS DAY CAME TRUE!!! I got to go to his SOUNDCHECK for the future now tour. When they asked if anyone had questions I jumped up and down like a crazy person and finally got chosen. When I asked my question - he confirmed I was right. Found was written in response to Lost. I WAS RIGHT!!! He was so impressed that I made the connection and even said he wants to give the song a proper release. It was such an amazing moment and even though I was so nervous (if you can't tell in my video) I'm so glad I finally got my answer! Thanks Nick. You're a gem and it was so good having that chat.
