“Not in particular. Anyone who is not here in the present is left in the past.” He’s not being completely honest on this; a dear mentor was left in the past, and he’d be lying to himself if he didn’t say they were missed, as they were. But letting that be known wasn’t his first choice.

13. Where would you like to travel?“The countryside in Hokkaido. During winter. I’ve heard it’s a beautiful place, and it would make for good photos. I’ve been meaning to dabble more into landscape photography too.”

24. What makes you get out of bed in the morning?“The alarm clock. Or sometimes my body just wakes up on its own a few minutes before the alarm. I’m just used to waking up the same time daily I guess.” 

( The exception being the days after he’d been skulking about as the Watchman the night before; Then he might intentionally sleep in. )

28. Have you done anything recently that you hope nobody finds out about?“Welll… There’s a disagreeable colleague of mine who’s coffee I’d love to lace with some laxatives during a meeting. But it’s all hypothetical and I’d never do that because that is unprofessional. But hypothetically, if I did do it, yeah. I wouldn’t want anybody to find that out.”

( He totally did it. On a side note, he recently stole a number of vehicles – and promptly proceeded to trash them – so there’s something else he’d also rather have nobody find out. )

7. Has your muse had any injuries in the past?

Oh yeah. Definitely. Way too many to count. He has many scars littering his body that he acquired ranging from the time he was a young teenager being trained until the present day. Most of them he’s received in real fights while on the job, but some are the outcome of Mingyu not being careful when learning from his mentor. The majority of his injuries have come from blades, though he does have lashes on his back from when he was tortured by being whipped last year. Almost all of his markings are someplace on his torso, though he does have stray ones on his arms (especially forearms) and legs (thighs, specifically). He’s broken his arm recently (a few months ago), and he’s almost always bleeding for one reason or another… I’m not entirely sure he could go an entire month without being injured in some way.

28. Is your muse religious?

Not particularly, no. Mingyu is agnostic, because he doesn't have the answers and he isn't sure if he ever will, but he doesn't rule anything out. He just doesn't know and he accepts that he may never know.

42. Does your muse enjoy attending churches they don’t belong to?

No, he can't see the point.

“it wasn’t my strongest subject at school, admittedly.” he starts sheepishly, fingers pulling his sleeves down over his palms. high school isn’t something he’s really talked about for years, or even thought about, truthfully. he’d been a good student in terms of grades, but he doesn’t suppose his behaviour had always been ideal. he hadn’t had any true friends; at best, a couple people who pitied him enough to overcome their fear of talking to him. “it was probably one of my worst subjects, but I eventually adapted enough to be good at budgeting. I lived alone and paid for most of the living costs on a small income — I had to get good with numbers quick. I don’t really like it, though.” 

43. IS YOUR MUSE CONSIDERED A WANDERER?

“no,” comes his short, firm answer. “I like home comforts. I like seoul. yes, everyone likes to escape sometimes, but I wouldn’t ever go without planning first. even if I just wander the streets of seoul, I always have a reason for doing it or a time I want to return home. I like home.”

23. What is your muse’s favorite animal?

I could see Geun having a liking for cats, especially big cats—they probably fascinate him a lot, and even though he’s a criminal himself, I feel like he could easily have a special seething loathing for animal poachers because “humans are inadequate and do not deserve to kill the beauty of these majestic creatures”. I think he also really likes dogs, too, but is a bit picky with them, even though he wants one. He likes the medium-large sized dogs that are strong but not very noisy and relatively calm. (But brb I’m kinda crying thinking about him having a big dog that looks intimidating and is well trained but also a giant baby that wants to be a lap dog??). ANYWAY, dogs and cats are probably his favorites.

39. What does your muse do to occupy themselves when bored?

He reads, goes out (such as to bars/cafes), honestly he’s probably the type that spends hours browsing the internet reading articles about random things or finding documentaries to watch. 

47. Does your muse enjoy praise?

He doesn’t hate it, nor does it necessarily make him uncomfortable, but he can also live without it. If he knows he’s done something well and someone praises him, he’ll accept it and appreciate the notion, but if someone is praising him simply to get on his good side and he can tell that, he’s more likely to not even bother batting an eye.

Answered 

14. How well does your muse sleep?

It all depends, honestly. Some nights she sleeps well, not too lightly, nor too deeply. But other nights, if her mind catches her first, it’s extremely difficult to sleep, or she won’t sleep as well as she would like. But most of the time, she’s able to sleep good enough (whether it’s just naturally, or if she has to take medicine or try a little harder to get herself to fall asleep at a decent time).

42. Does your muse enjoy attending churches they don’t belong to?

She would be more likely to go if someone invited her and wanted her to go with them, but otherwise she doesn’t attend regularly on her own nor does she belong to any or really...ever go to any at all.

6. Is your muse good with keeping on schedule for meetings, appointments, or events, or are they always late? Or, are they always a bit early?

More often than not, she’s on time. Unless the matter is quite important, she likely wouldn’t show up early, simply because she’s too busy to invest in showing up early. She rarely misses appointments or meetings, but that’s not to say she never misses them.

22. Is your muse good at math? Do they like it, or do they hate it?

She’s good at it, enjoys it, and uses it all the time.

31. Does your muse like to collect/hoard anything?

Books. Always books. Scientific journals too, but yes, books of all sorts of types. [Since she moved into her own little apartment, she mainly uses her dad’s house to store her books, and the spare bedroom in her apartment is also filled with books, actually... there are books everywhere in her apartment, even in the bathroom...]

Tbh Jaebum can pretty much sleep anywhere in any sort of bedding condition. Though typically he only uses one blanket.
