My partner introduced me to Animal Crossing two days ago. Yesterday I was a bit bummed it was raining cause I couldn't catch butterflies but then I proceeded to fish him his first coelacanth. And today, in at most five minutes, I proceeded to catch three more...

I... I don't know which deity or entity granted me luck but that was surprising to say the least XD

Sometimes I go full J. C. Leyendecker on my portraits, and other times I make stylized designs of my ocs. I've recently been working on a concept art portfolio and scribbling a lot of characters. Please show them some love.

30. Do You Have Any Headcanons?

we’ll go by trilogy:

Prequels:

1. Obi-Wan Kenobi can’t cook- he once tried to make breakfast for some of the Padawans and Anakin and Plo Koon had to evacuate the younglings while Mace Windu frantically fans the fire with his robes

2. Anakin is freakishly good at Chess- Obi-Wan is forever salty that he can never beat him. Anakin loves it because he can always get his master twisted like a pretzel because oh come on master it’s not that hard and Obi-Wan glares at him

3. Obi-Wan and Padmé have weekly dish sessions- They break out the really expensive Correlian Tea and make fun of the stuffy senetors they had to deal with that week. Anakin is deeply disturbed that they have a running conversation about his hair

4. Rex and Ahsoka have a running inside joke to see who can do the best Obi-Wan impression - Rex always has his normal lilt that he just can’t get rid of and Ahsoka does it behind Obi-Wan’s back to make Anakin laugh during meetings. Anakin tried his best because he’s the one that’s married to him that spends the most time with Obi-Wan but just can’t get it right

(fun fact: Cody actually is the best at it and can and will prank people at his whim- Rex is always second guessing dodgy comm calls)

5. Plo Koon always remembers Ahsoka’s birthday and always gets her her favourite candies- he also helps Obi-Wan and Anakin throw her a little party every year where they do whatever she wants despite the council’s stuffiness (although master Yoda does give her a warm smile and a little happy birthday when Mace isn’t listening)

Originals:

1. Han is a secret nerd- he finds Luke’s model YT-1760 and freaks out because it’s so rare and Luke tells him about his collection that he had on Tatooine

2. Luke (despite appearances) is actually really strong and after a victory actually picks Han up who does not shriek like a wookiee thank you very much Leia

3. Leia cusses the most out of all of them, Bail would teach her bad words in all the languages he could just to watch C3PO short circuit

4. Chewbacca has only ever been beaten (fairly) at Dejarik (the hologram game) once and it was by (an older) Obi-Wan (who was secretly smug that he could finally beat someone)

5. Luke built Han a little droid charm after Endor to go with his gold die. Han always told him he was too mushy for his own good but secretly adored it

Sequels:

1. Finn is amazing at art- I know i’ve said this before but i just love the idea that Finn has such a strong creative side and that that gracefulness shines through in his lightsaber training (Finn is a jedi that’s canon fight me)

2. Rey still has her helmet from Jakku- she keeps it in her room on the shelf and it reminds her about how far she’s come and how she is no longer nobody, she’s apart of a family that loves her

3. Poe is weirdly competent with a lightsaber-Finn let’s him try his out and he’s actually pretty damn talented. He doesn’t really like it though and prefers blasters and such

4. Finn doesn’t know his birthday- so Rey, Rose and Poe decide that the day he left the First Order would be his birthday and they throw him a huge party and sing lots of songs and stuff and make him feel loved

5. Finn is the one that kisses Poe first- they’re in the middle of a mission and one of them has to go and get intel/meet a scout/etc and Finn just stoops down and kisses Poe as he’s leaving because he’s thought about that scenario so much and he just does it. Poe doesn’t realise either and Finn comes back and they make eye contact and they just stare at each other for a good two minutes before meeting in the middle
