i have an idea floating around in my head for a minor villain

a bard- that acts like Jimiken or Etemon from Digimon

in other words a semi-charismatic, loud, no-indoor-voice, thinks they are cooler than they are type guy

 who would definitely shout out special attack names, say a bunch of catchphrases and nonesense, fast talker but is also deadly as fuck like literally stronger than a low level demon

and would eventually make the players  shake in fear everytime he pops back up with some line like

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY PARRRTY PEOPLE YEAAAAAAAAAAH ROOOOOOOOOCK AAAND ROOOOOLLLLLL

the only appropriate reaction to Jimiken is fear

i only vaguely remembered what he was like from Cyber Sleuth, but the four dialogues of only “OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO” and two of “widdly-widdly” have awoken some kind of primal, paralyzing fear within me
