Add me to to list of people who want to praise your Maul art/Maul and Ahsoka art, it’s gorgeous! I don’t know if black isn’t her color though, or if it’s just that it feels unnatural to see her wearing sleeves. XD
First of all, thank you! For me I think maroon is her best fit, that diamond open back outfit from ss 3 is iconic and stunning. I’m fine with her Mandalorian kit but it just too much blue and grey, it dull her beautiful blue stripes.
+I did a sketch of her wearing Maul’s robe just for giggle but she looks ridiculous. I bet his clothes always reek of too much gundark's blood candle scent. Lady Tano, take that off, immediately.
I freed myself of ouat after season 4, but apparently in the final season wreck it ralph was referenced as a fixer for organized crime. your post reminded me of that and now i’m smh again.
tim this is a hell of a sentence for me to read at three am
fuck, i just glanced at the date & realized that it’s @welcometoteamz‘s birthday!!! happy birthday, tim! you probably won’t even login to see this anytime soon, but regardless... you’ve heard this a dozen times at this point, but reminder that you’re one of the most fantastic ppl i’ve met through this hellsite & you deserve all the best things in life ❤️ i look back at the years i suffered in the ou/at fandom & think that it was all worth it for getting to meet you. i hope you had the best birthday ever! love ya!
Each of their POV’s during Infinity War and maybe a peek at an offscreen reunion/conversation. Re Buckynat.
(I gave myself some feels writing this)
Natasha had known Bucky—it still felt awkward to think of him by that name—would be in Wakanda when they landed. Everything was about to go to hell in a handbasket, so she knew she probably shouldn’t be focused on him more than others. Unfortunately, her heart didn’t always want to listen to the logic of her brain.
In Austria, she had been too vulnerable. When he was under the influence of the trigger words, she had admitted out loud that there was history between them. No one else had heard, but there was no taking those words back. She wasn’t even sure that he would have any memory of her saying anything to him.
“You could at least recognize me!”
It had been two years since that happened, and those words still haunted her. What haunted her more right now was the thought of how he would respond to seeing her.
As they all stepped off the quinjet, Natasha’s eyes found Bucky in the crowd. It would have been hard to not see him, with the deep blue he was wearing in contrast to the Wakandans. He looked…healthy and happy. Smiling slightly at him from behind Steve, she stayed quiet rather than draw attention to herself.
There were more important things to worry about right now, and she didn’t want to distract anyone.
He’d had a lot of time to think over everything that happened in Austria. Every aspect of it had been replayed in his mind more times than he cared to admit. Of course, much of that contemplation had been forced to wait until after Shuri had taken him out of stasis.
During stasis had been a much different experience. During stasis, he had been crowded by memories; at least, he was pretty sure they were memories. There were images of Russia, but not specifically Siberia. Wherever he was in these memories, he had someone by his side; Natasha Romanoff.
He hadn’t known her name when he was first put into stasis. T’Challa had told him after he woke up. One of the first things he’d asked had been for details on the people he’d faced off with and dealt with in Austria. He didn’t like the idea of them throwing their lives away for him, and he’d wanted to know who he owed for their help. Thankfully, T’Challa hadn’t asked too many questions.
So he’d sought answers in Natasha Romanoff’s past, and found only a few. As time went on, some of the answers came to him naturally. His memories were beginning to return naturally, and a lost faster than they had before Austria. He’d known her; in more ways than one.
Standing with Steve, knowing that they would soon be battling something bigger than anything he’d faced before, Bucky couldn’t look away from Natasha. She was as beautiful as his memories painted her, and he wanted to talk to her. What he’d say, he had no idea, but he felt like she deserved…something.
After Steve stepped away to speak with T’Challa, Bucky moved a little closer to Natasha. She met his gaze, and his heart stopped beating for a split second.
Natasha couldn’t breathe as she watched Bucky step towards her. Glancing up at him, she fought the urge to chew nervously at her lip.
“Barnes,” she greeted quietly.
He was silent for several moments before he spoke. His voice was low, as if he was afraid of what he had to say.
“Your name…is Natalia?”
“I go by Natasha these days,” she replied. “But…yes.”
“I knew you once. Didn’t I?”
Natasha smiled sadly and nodded quietly. “Yes,” she said. “We both were weapons once…meant to be used by our superiors.”
For a few moments, Natasha and Bucky just looked at one another. They didn’t say anything, but Natasha knew they had an understanding between them.
Slowly, she reached out and took hold of his metal hand. He blinked in surprise at this, but reflexively closed his fingers around hers.
Headcanon A: i. Sharon is adopted. ii. She is asexual panromantic.
Headcanon B: Sharon once said ‘bless your heart’ to Natasha, who Russsianly took it at face value and that’s why she says Sharon is nice.
Headcanon C: Sharon ends up captured by the CIA after civil war. She wonderd, in captivity and after she made her way out, if Cap couldn’t help her out or if he couldn’t be bothered.
Headcanon D: I tried to come up with something but I don’t know what would be unrealistic. So I guess I would say…. Sharon worked a couple of joint missions with Lana King, and they couldn’t agree who worked for the dumbest agency.
