what he means: noah being credited as a writer indicates that he was a big influence in the creation of the comic. at the very least, he has a strong interest in storytelling. it's possible he has prior experience with writing, but i haven't heard of any previous projects of his. if he's done any writing before, he either hasn't made it publicly available or hasn't attached any of it to his real name, possibly due to stigma. noah sebastian may have been a legitimate fic writer prior to working on the comic.
