oml thank you :333 I'm still working on her, since I had a loose idea of her as an oc for the last ~7 years, but I'd love to share more!!! So, her name is Joan Clarie-Marie Maxwell- born in early 1995 in New York. Born into a family of lawyers, she's an only child. In 2010 her mother, a successful yet overcontrolling criminal defense lawyer, decided that lil Joan was fucking around during her freshman year in HS, and banished her out of TriBeCa to the west coast. Despite her mother's insistance on her going to Stanfor, Joane (man idfk how I spelled this name originally) send papers to Blackwell Academy and (suprisingly) she got in!
Her preferred way of photography is film and outdated digicams! She usually uses Kodak Porta 800 film and/or Kodak's b/w 400 film.
She likes to dye her hair bright colours and used to wear wolf cut up until recently. By her appearance, she managed to pull Rachel's attention and she quickly became friends with her and Natan. Although she kept close to people of Vortex club, she was a part of it briefly and preferred to keep herself out of it. Her close friends are Rachel and Dana, with Nathan being one in the past.

After being martyrized, The One Who Waits ordered her to retreat. Protect his temple. Staying alive.
However she disobeyed. She rescinded her contract. Breaking the deal would make her lose the red crown's power too.
She had the right to do so, because the prophecy itself will never let her succeed. There was nothing more she could do to kill the bishops and free Him.
Ratau could have done better, but unlike The Lamb, he lacked of guidance while facing the issues of being a leader. Also, I think that his own principles didn't match with Narinder's (as if he had at that time...)
