Well Dakini Jogini are basically Kali's subordinates/companions/besties. They are also forms of Devi Shakti, and basically protects you from harm.
I think in Buddhism Dakini Jogini are different...? But still that same feminine energy that protects you concept
They also require as much respect and puja during any Kali puja and in most Kali puji here in bengal they are accompanying Kali
Idk where the term Dakini came from but Jogini/Yogini is obviously from Yog and she's associated with Yog sadhana
