yknow i havent drawn the Beta kids in a good while, so heres a doodle of them

Thinking about how the beta and alpha kids meet at the same age but the betas are psychologically and educationally stunted at 13 due to the the apocalypse and spending 3 years in a vacuum while the alphas are socially maladjusted because of weird rearing situations  and spending some time in a ruin/lifeless wasteland waiting for a rescue that might not come. Can each group even tell what’s wrong with the other group?
