Timothy "Jace" Fox, the son of Lucius Fox, is the primary Black character to take on the mantle of Batman in DC Comics, first appearing in 'Future State: The Next Batman' (2021) and later starring in the 'I Am Batman' series.
He operates as a new Batman in a revised Gotham, separate from Bruce Wayne.

Truly don’t understand the existence of Jace Fox. Creating an OC while sidelining & fridging existing Black Batman characters in the same series is an insane decision and I will always be mad at John Ridley for it.
Also, Jace’s stories are copaganda and (less importantly) super boring. He’s a net loss for DC Comics.
