Hotel Transylvania literally named their main human character who comes into Dracula’s hotel and shakes everything up “Jonathan” but they didn’t name him “Jonathan Harker” and I will forever consider that a missed opportunity.

Because the concept of adapting Bram Stoker’s Dracula, a gothic horror novel, into a family-friendly vacation comedy where Jonathan Harker becomes The Count’s son-in-law (and eventually his business partner) is objectively funny and they should have committed fully to that gag.

More HT/TADC crossovers! Being a horror fan, I could see Ragatha being REALLY excited meeting an actual horror icon like Dracula for real, while Dracula is both somewhat confused by this little red curly haired doll's gushing and also finding her somewhat familiar.

Pomni on the other hand...I actually think she'd kinda like HT Drac with them both being anxious dorks and Pomni's empathetic nature connecting to even an NPC Gummigoo but I definitely think her first instinct would be to hide because he's very intimidating looking. XD Drac respected this and probably kind of sees it weirdly as a compliment.

This was somewhat inspired by how their VAs react to monsters in the Repo stream: Amanda either wanting to pet the cute monsters even when they were trying to KILL her or just going "Oh! You're going to kill me" and Lizzie hiding at even the slightest thing.
