Right now millions of people are watching a contentious court case between two deeply wounded people. I am not diagnosing anyone in particular but what I can tell you is that there is a trauma bond that is continuing in this court case. They are deeply entrenched in this, a trauma bond can manifest in many different ways such as: romanticizing or even glorifying the abuse or the chaos, continuing to engage in hostile confrontations or smear campaigns. This court case is an example of a trauma bond and both parties have not even begun to heal. You can see after years now from their spilt the POWER of a trauma bond. This work is not easy.
