you know what pisses me off about the "john was looking for the first blade" plot point? why would he put his effort into the colt is he could have access to the first blade? its like a butter knife vs a machete. it was lazy writing to have the answer be "oh its just here in this journal i conveniently have on me even though john's journal is a dot point pamphlet in comparison to the bunker" because we didnt want to think too deep about how to introduce this into the story.

I started recreating John Winchesters journal after getting the journal from conquest I wanted to make it more authentic so here are some of my favorite hand written pages I’ve done so far! My main sources are screenshots from episodes and I’ve made some of my own pages such as the cursed objects page, hoodo, salt and Samuel occult from the Alex Irvine book “John Winchester’s journal” and David Reeds “Bobby Singer’s Guide to hunting”! I have some more pages to share and will continue to update on this project :) it’s been such a relaxing and fun hobby!
