Today I'm a bad person because

I don't agree with dragging Yaniv publicly into the mud because he's guilty of being a predator.

I agree he should be removed from society to prevent harm, I agree that what he did was harmful.

I don't agree with people trying to do justice with their own hands, gathering with pitches and forks to punish someone they think is guilty.

Like, okay, this person being guilty is highly probable, there are evidences pointing to that, he indeed break the law many times stupidly.

What about the next person we do that to?

What if it's me?

What if it's you?

What if it's someone you care about?

How will you feel then?

This isn't justice. This is harassment disguised as justice so it can be socially accepted and encouraged.

I don't believe lashing out on criminals will ever help to decrease crime rates or help victims.

I'm not okay with this.

Thoughts on Jonathan Yaniv

I want to come forward as a Canadian and say the following not to Jonathan Yaniv, but to the people who work in provincial and federal governments, and to the academics, policy makers and journalists who influence public opinion:

Stop this. Right now. Because I just watched a video of Jonathan Yaniv in a government-funded human rights tribunal in which, under oath, he blatantly lied and claimed to be intersex and have both a penis and scrotum and a vulva. That’s physically impossible. Intersex conditions exist, but there is no intersex condition in which a person has a full set of both kinds of external genitalia. Further, simple medical documents could easily be consulted that could conclusively prove that Yaniv was lying. He lied under oath, which is a crime. And everyone in that room—the judge, the lawyers, even the reporters who published stories in which they referred to Yaniv but the pronoun “she”—none of them had the guts to say that this is a sham, that’s it’s nonsense, that it’s flagrant, steaming bullshit.

Jonathan Yaniv lied under oath. He lied while attempting to blackmail multiple working class women into giving him $15,000 each. He lied while claiming the right not only to receive a genital waxing from a female worker—which might not be as bad—but to receive this waxing from women who work out of their own personal homes, and who have no training in waxing male genitalia. Women who would be liable to severe financial penalties if they injured him, which they almost certainly would have, had they not turned him down. I mean, there’s no argument here.

It’s not about the fact that they were all women from conservative religious communities with prohibitions on unmarried male-female contact, or about the fact that Yaniv, who has openly called derided immigrants, specifically sought out immigrant women for his blackmail. It’s about the fact that the institutions of power granted this racist, misogynistic, perverted, mentally unhinged pedophile an audience for his aggressive fetish. It’s about the mind-numbingly idiotic fear that liberals have of establishing any kind of coherent boundary, ever.

I want Jonathan Yaniv in jail yesterday. It may be difficult to pin him down for his sexual harrassment of minors, but the perjury is clear as day and easy to prove. Let’s review the Canadian criminal code here:

“Every one who, with intent to mislead, fabricates anything with intent that it shall be used as evidence in a judicial proceeding, existing or proposed, by any means other than perjury or incitement to perjury is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years.“

"Who would ever pretend to be a woman just to enter a bathroom?” JONATHAN YANIV. “Who would ever use transgender rights just to sexually abuse women and get away with it?” JONATHAN YANIV. “Nobody would ever do that.” HE DID. Enough is enough. Trans activists, own this, because it’s yours. Collect your damn trash. You made the policies and the social pressure that enabled this pedophile to get where he is today. Fucking defend him, because his actions belong to you.
