It wasn’t even December yet and snow was already beginning to fall, something that Minki hated. He couldn’t stand the snow. It was cold and wet and always, without fail, turned into ice, leaving the sidewalks and roads slippery and a hazard for anyone who dared to step foot outside of their home to travel. He supposed his hatred of it stemmed from childhood when he had to travel from his home in the village to school in the snow. It made the journey to his school long and treacherous, to say the least. The amount of times he had tripped and slipped on his way there during the snowy weeks of winter were so high that he didn’t bother keeping track after a while.
Which was why he was staring, or more like glaring, out the window as small snowflakes began drifting from the sky, his eyebrows coming together. “Ugh,” he grunted under his breath, his arms crossing over his chest as he continued to look outside. He was going to have a hard time getting back to his dorm, that was for sure. “Why does it have to snow today?” He mumbled under his breath, unknowingly catching the attention of the person standing nearest to him.
