Hi Hank, long time viewer/lurker. I'm so sorry all of this is happening to you.. And sorry that young people are being mean to you. Hope you get better health wise, and that you de-stress from all the madness that's vidcon, please take it easy.

I just wanted to say I got to meet JonTron at VidCon and he was so super nice. I wish we could’ve hung out more. Also, people sending me strongly worded messages is something I have become very used to and does not bother me. The reason I am awake right now (despite being on sudafed) is that I have a deep throbbing sinus headache that is preventing me from sleeping.

Also, possibly because there is always a big vacancy of intense emotion in my life after VidCon which somehow manifests as melancholy. And that, in turn, prevents me from disengaging from screens. 

But yes, I should sleep. Or at least try…g’night!

how do i put paths in my town..? ive googled tutorials but none of em help me very much.. does it kill the grass beneath it? will the grass ever grow again?

Paths generally use custom design patterns which you can either make yourself or get from others. You can use the QR code machine (unlockable in the Able Sisters’ shop) to get designs from the Internet, or you can pick them up in dream towns if the owner has made them available.To put them down, you need to stand outside and go to your design window (the one next to the inventory with the little pencil icon). Tap the pattern you wish to use, and choose to ‘Display on Ground’. After that, it’s simply a matter of repeating the process until you have a complete path.Putting paths down does not prevent grasswear, but it does make it far less noticeable because it’s much more limited to your walking areas and then covered up by the patterns. The grass can grow back if you give it the opportunity — don’t walk on it, plant flowers and water them etc.
