A very nice Illustration Commission drawn by @jorrated. Only Though to ask about posting this several months after this was finished. Anyway I love how Spyro is drawn style-wise a whole lot!! His body and shapes and especially face are just great! And Sparx is perfectly expressive! The environment too with the sky and that ominous purple goop!

My initial request for this was based on a silly joke with my sibling when I was replaying the first game about Spyro thinking it'd be a good idea to taste test one of the many pools of liquid that damage him on contact to find out what it is.

I've been watching the Laffy Train saga playlist in a binge, because it's really fun and I love all the characters so much but ALSO it's confusing me because I know nothing about Hat in a Time so everytime I see the conductor my first thought is *POINTS* THATS THE ENGINEER fuckin- tRAIN DAD and I'll completely forget that the game came before Toonkind

GHHFJJD this is extremely gratifying I’m so glad you’re having a good time listening! we started out recording the sessions just as a sort of posterity thing so us nerds could listen back on games if we wanted, but it’s just so joyous knowing other people are listening to them fresh and having as much fun as we did :’D sorry about the heavy AHIT references- luckily they get less and less as time goes on because the Toonkind Lore just grows so fast so the Engineer, DJ Mooves and Shorts Kid are all very much their own people now
