I hate being dependent on coffee too so I drink decaf about 90% of the time. It gives me a tiny boost, but I don’t get a withdrawal headache if I skip a day.
Well, I didn't mind being addicted to coffee, if we're being honest. It was just the stomach pain I couldn't take. But now, I have to admit I'm rather proud of not being totally tied to it.

Seriously, it's just because I'm a baby and I don't like my tummy hurting! I may try to start drinking it again in the fall when the temps go down.

I’ve given up coffee a number of times in my life. In my experience, that first cup after not having any for 2-3 weeks is easily one of the best you’ll ever have. Pure euphoria.
Oh man, I can't wait. I should make it a thing right? Something worth waiting for, not just some crappy cup of Keurig coffee. Maybe I'll visit josethompson's set up for that day!
