QUENTIN- “Very well....right now you are thinking that me and my entire family are raving lunatics and that Judge Bailey is as crazy as we are to allow this hearing to take place based on this lame brain reading farce.”

JUDGE BAILEY- “So, Mr. Bennett, is Mr. Boedell correct?”

JOSHUA- “I have no further questions, may Noah Boedell take the stand?”

JUDGE BAILEY- “Miss Wahl, any questions for Mr. Boedell?”

ETTA- “No your honor.”

JUDGE BAILEY- “Very well, you may step down Mr. Boedell, and Noah Boedell please take the stand. And Mr. Bennett, your opinions regarding why I allowed this hearing, will be part of the official statement.

The Prosecutor’s office chose the chief county prosecutor to handle the hearing and the trial. Joshua Bennett was a tough trial lawyer, and was recently named Chief Prosecutor.  This would be his first high profile case as the county’s highest attorney.

JOSHUA- “Let the record show, that our statement to the court regarding this hearing is to determine the actual charges against Mr. Boedell. The prosecution will show that Mr. Boedell acted in malice and his actions were premeditated, and that the charges of murder should stand.  The prosecution would like to call Quentin Boedell as their first testimony.”
