Anton the Giant has awoken from his forced slumber - and he’s pissed. The ground shakes violently as he hunts for the humans who have invaded his home. Killian and Emma have to run for cover, as gigantic towers of gold coins start falling all around them.

I love how Hook seems vaguely put out by this whole thing, like the ornery old(er) man he’s becoming. And his offense at being jostled is epic. “Can’t you even line up for a duel properly, you whippersnapper??”
KW’s Microwhump: Cyclone Traveling in 5x01 “The Dark Swan”
Cyclones aren’t really a smooth method of travel. In fact, they’re rather violent and turbulent and a bit messy. Fortunately, Colin O’Donoghue is amazingly adept at stumbling everywhere he goes across rooms in a manner that looks believably like he’s being thrown about by a cyclone. Acting! I also love his neat and orderly laying of his head on the counter there. It’s like he took a course on Proper Cyclone Safety Procedures in the Royal Navy.

The Black Fairy lets Hook and the others see just enough to know Emma’s now in a mental institution, not only having forgotten them, but downright denying the very existence of them all. As upsetting as that is, they soon learn that Emma’s lack of hope and belief is causing all of the realms to disappear one by one - taking all of their people with them (and jostling our pirate with earthquake-like aftershocks as they go).
