He canonically is associated with trans symbols (look up josuke trans symbols art. ignore how ugly the anatomy is and just focus on the lore). Is canonically tied to Prince as well (his special magic thing is named after a Pink Floyd song). He acts both traditionally femininely and masculinely and he is gay as all hell. There's a lot to speculate irt both transmasc and transfem headcanons and frankly to me both are real. he's both. he breaks the boundaries.
