1. What did you do in 2013 that you'd never done before?

Travelled to another (far away) country completely on my own.

Had my fingerprints taken.

Finally went on holiday with my best friend. 

Did an interview with a celebrity.

Skyped my dad. 

Tried new food.

Stroked Derren Brown's head on stage. 

Finally met Honor in the flesh. 

Made a recreation of this cake. 

Touched the Berlin wall.

Wrote with a quill.

Hosted a Halloween party.

Drank in the same pub Napoleon drank in. 

7. What dates from 2013 will remain etched in your memory, and why?

13 April - 221b Con, one of the best days of my life11 Nov - The day I started my new job, one I actually like

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?

Finally getting a decent job that is relevant to my interests/skills. Which involved months and months and months of being on the dole, then getting through a rigorous application/interview process, almost quitting in my first week because it was too much for me, but then overcoming my irrational fear of asking for help when I don't understand something. Becoming a project manager for a financial development and improvement program and then teaching staff how to implement it. Proof reading hundreds of articles to a publishable standard. And most importantly, making friends with the people I work with. I've never been more proud of myself to be honest.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?

I'll have to say Nina, because she's done a lot of work with her drama club this year and worked really hard at it.

24. What was the best book you read?

9. What was your biggest failure?

Probably that I bought myself six weeks of ice skating lessons and just stopped going after the first three because I'm massively lazy and lack confidence.

14. Where did most of your money go?

America! And Germany.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?

I wish I'd read more books, see next answer!

24. What was the best book you read?

I only read like.. two books this year, (both by Richard Wiseman), despite having a New Year's resolution to read fifty books! It's been a bad year for reading. So I guess I'll have to say Paranormality by Richard Wiseman (and it was super).

It's that in-between day where I don't know if I should:

Read a book

Write some fic

Watch a movie

Play computer games

Tidy up everything or

Shower and pamper myself

..and I don't know so badly that I'll just end up sitting on Tumblr.

nobody ever put the focus on the person who broke a heart unintentionally, the focus is always on the heartbroken

but if you think about it, the one who broke a heart feels twice the pain the heartbroken is feeling

i mean, who would want to see someone get heartbroken by you especially if that someone is who you truly love? who would want to see that someone fcuk up his life eventually? who would want to see that someone be all miserable and shit? who would want to see that someone become his worst self like that all because of you?
