Mini Dresses were an indie pop band out of Boston, Massachusetts in the 2010s. I don't normally think of indie pop when I think of Boston. This sounds more like New Zealand or Scotland or Tokyo - so you can insert Look Blue Go Purple, The Pastels or The Caraway (or frankly dozens of other deserving bands) here. They tended to make music that was more minimal - vocals, bass and minimal guitars/drums tended to carry the music.

Mini Dresses released music on Manic Pop! Records, Box Bedroom Rebels, and Joy Void while they were active.
