T.E.: So I have to follow the recipe, right?

CUBE: Yep! I just finished gathering the ingredients so all we have to do is follow the recipe and mix them in at the right time.

(Square and Blix are laughing in the background. "Heads up!" "Hey!")

T.E.: Alright... So I just have to put in the more powdery ingredients first, right?

CUBE: Yep! Flour, baking soda, and salt!

("This is for biting my head off!" "Oh yeah? Well this is for TILL IT'S OVER!" "This is for New Game!" "This is for making me kill myself back in the void!" The two continue laughing as they start throwing packets around.)

T.E.: Then mix them?

CUBE: Yep! Once everything is mixed, you add in the butter and sugar.

T.E.: What else?

CUBE: Oh! I almost forgot; can you go pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees?

T.E.: I will go do that.

("Cube! Duck!")

CUBE: Huh? *Whacked by a packet of frozen frosting.*

CUBE: ..... *Falls unconscious to the ground.*

SQUARE: ...... Oh god. Oh god oh god oh god oh god what do we do what do we do what do we do what do we do?

BLIX: It's your fault, you fix this!

SQUARE: I don't know how!

T.E: What... What happened? Why is Cube on the ground?

SQUARE: *squeaky noise*

T.E.: *Sigh...* I turn my back for ONE SECOND and things are already going wrong.

SQUARE: Y-you're not mad, are you?

T.E: I'm not mad... I'm just disappointed.

This scene has been on my mind lately, and so I stayed up till 1:00 in the morning to make this 🫠

I like the idea that Blix can switch back and forth to this terrifying, beastly form. Something that is still him in every sense, just unable to control himself.

I like the idea that Blix has started to think he really is the monster everyone tells him he is. He's a creature the entire world is terrified of, he knows it; and the thought is frightening.

I like the idea that Blix's greatest fear is that one day he'll lose control on someone he cares about.

Lycan. . . Cuda. . .

Cube. . .

And I like the idea that despite his fears and self doubts, despite the demons inside of him. . . he's just a normal, good shape, trying to survive in a world hellbent on condemning him for something he has no sway over.
