Instead of three full meals a day, make it five or six little ones! If you keep your metabolism working, it will work faster and better. C:

When I started into loosing weight I weened myself into a better diet first with some mild exercise. I slowly got more and more into eating healthy. Going in full blast for me all at one never worked. Don’t know if that helps at all for you.
That sounds like a good idea. I have been exercising every other day since October, but since sometimes I snack too much and forget to eat, I was wondering if there was much else I could do to get back into doing it.Lol, but I'm gonna try doing that again, and not go full force, you're right. :> Thank you!
