This is why I am a huge defender of longer seasons. They had time to do silly things like this that had no impact on the story-arc, but were fun and random and playful.

Martin Mull guest stars in a meta episode of Taxi 'Hollywood Calling', where a producer and actor and their crew come to the garage to try to get to know the taxi drivers and get inspiration for the film they want to make.

(below image is not necessary and Martin is barely visible, but I just loved Danny DeVito's expression)
