NUMB3RS REWATCH -> My Favorite Larry Fleinhardt Moments ↳ 1.09
As a little treat
So like I’m watching this show Numb3rs and I love it, it’s a great show, it’s a cop show about these two brothers, one’s an FBI agent and the other is a mathematician and they work together to solve crimes using math while also having some good family moments, currently almost done with season 3
But anyways that’s not the point of this post
I was ranting to my friend about it cause they’re the only one that listens to me and I started ranting about the house the brothers live in
Technically it’s their dad’s house but the younger brother, the mathematician, bought it in the first season
But I was ranting about cause I was telling her how I was so confused about the layout of the house and how I think I was finally getting where each room was when they jokingly, JOKINGLY, said I should build it in mincraft
It has been five days, I should be studying for a test, and I am almost done with it
What has my life come to?
I forget which episode this end scene is from 😅 but it is peak Eppes family. The way both boys look up at their dad in the 4th gif is sooo precious.
Charlie is so done with both of them, he just wants to play his game lmao
alan eppes didn’t know his family would grow so much after margaret passed away. in a few short years he’s adopted seven new children. and you can just see how much he cares about them in every episode.
And it's here, binding together two lives.
Numb3rs succeeds in doing what The Big Bang Theory tried to do.
We have Charles, Larry, Penfield, Oswald, and others. All different types of geniuses who tend to get lost in their own worlds. They are not weird for it, and definitely not self absorbed. Yes, they miss social clues, and leave abruptly to finish equations, but they are not less empathetic for it.
Charles was the special sibling, and yes, his parents were unfair to Don on many occasions, but the show addresses that, without making excuses (love the therapy episode 3x23).
Also, the sibling dynamic is so amazing (might I say one of the best).
I am so mad I didn't find the show sooner
